Charming cottage with private W/D, wifi + minutes to beach

After 7 hr drive, front door pushpad did not work. I called the 800 number, attendant sent me looking for lockbox. Not where it was supposed to be, mind you I'm looking in the dark. It's at edge of the property on a fence not even close to the back door. I opened it and no key. Was stuck outside for an hour. - dog poop bucket had poop bags from previous renter - kitchen faucet handle is loose. - front screen door closure mechanism is about ripped out of trim. The chain to restrain door from flying open in wind is broken. - TV is pathetically slow changing channels. We didn't even use it it's that bad.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Beach House in a Perfect Location We really enjoyed our stay at this Cape Cod beach house. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood and just a short two-block walk to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. The layout was great, the beds were comfortable, and check-in was smooth. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had questions. Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved everything about this home, wished we could have stayed even longer! Perfect landing spot for me and my partner while we attended a wedding in Harwich. So happy we chose to stay at this cozy property rather than spending double at a hotel. Outside space is even larger than the photos & every touch made us feel at home. Would love to come back for a week next time!

Super clean, cozy cabin! We booked last minute but wasn’t able to contact the host for check in info. We called vrbo for the entry code but couldn’t find the washer/dryer or the check out instructions. Host did respond to part of my message on the last day we stayed but never got the washer/dryer and checkout info. Overall we had everything we needed!

Lovely, clean, quiet, great location- loved it!

The property is in a great location and has everything you need. Although I did not get to use it to the full extent, it is very comfortable, clean and quiet.... great place to access beaches, everything the Cape has to offer and relax. Even has a nice outdoor deck and shower! Please get the lock fix so access is easy.

Yearly vacation with kids and grand child. It was great but weather was terrible. Not your fault just a disappointment ,

Overall, we enjoyed our stay the home was definitely a quaint little cottage near the beach, which was perfect for two Littles. They absolutely love a little cubby above the bedrooms and kids beach toys. I will say it was a little warmer than we expected, and although there was air-conditioning unit that kept the main living area cool, the two rooms were very hot and could benefit from a couple of fans.

Great location, close to beach and town.

Our family wanted to getaway from the city to a nice calm place near the beach. This place accomplished that! Management was great, the place was clean and great for small families with kids.
