We loved how cute this house was! It was very convenient for visiting our daughter and nice to have plenty of space and amenities. Our host was very prompt communication. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very lovely home, beautifully decorated, with charming stained glass windows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while exploring the city of Chicago. The host was easy to communicate with and very quickly fixed an issue of the front door not unlocking for us upon our return from the city. Would recommend staying here, and if we are ever back in this area, I would look into staying here again.

Thank you! We had a great stay. The house is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Wheaton College and a little longer, but very easy, walk to downtown Wheaton. Everything was clean and as described. This is our second stay and we have already booked again!

Appreciate the welcome snacks and well stocked kitchen. Tricky to navigate stairs for laundry.Tough that only bathroom is upstairs.Thanks for accommodating our early check out due to medical issue.

The charming cottage is aptly named - just so delightful! From the blue velvet couch to the stained glass windows, from the lovely updated kitchen to the beautiful bathroom, it was just a great property! And the proximity to Wheaton College is ideal.

Very cute, clean cottage with great amenities and close to Wheaton College. Hosts were welcoming and responsive…dropping off some dish towels when they realized the cleaning staff hadn’t given us any. We enjoyed our stay. Do note the proximity to the train tracks and bring earplugs for night sleep!

Really beautiful and safe neighborhood just 3 mins from the train station. Access to the city was really easy!Beds were very comfortable, the only thing I'd flag is the steep stairs may be difficult for elderly or people with mobility challenges. Other than that it's great spot for all.

My sister and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend to attend a My Chemical Romance concert, and we had an amazing time! This property was absolutely perfect for the two of us. It was super tidy and well kept, and we loved the neighborhood! We went on morning walks three out of our four day stay, and we loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We walked on a trail close to the train tracks through the wooded area and it was so green and beautiful. We saw multiple wild bunnies in our yard during our stay as well as chipmunks and squirrels! Overall it was the perfect property for us as first timers to both Illinois and the Chicago area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect little get away- clean and comfy.

We had a long weekend stay while in town to visit family and loved the house as well as the location. We were close to everything. We hopped on the train a few days to go into the city, were close to all the places and people we wanted to see. My kids had never seen fireflies and loved having a yard to run around and catch them in. The host was very responsive and the renovations they have done were beautiful! Would definitely stay here again.

This is an older home that has been renovated into a cute rental. The place was clean when we arrived. The rooms were just as described in the listing. The only bathroom is upstairs. The only concern I had was that the stairs were those older home steep stairs and there were no handrails. We had our older parents with us and them going up and down made me quite nervous. It is near the train tracks, as are many places in Wheaton, so you did hear the trains coming through frequently.
