Cozy Coach House In Central Wheaton Illinois

This stay was perfect for us. The loft had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We felt very comfortable and secure. Definitely an Artist loft, down to a penny backsplash. Location was accessible to shopping and a quick trip to downtown Chicago. The owner had quick responses to any questions we had and she gave great direction on parking and entry to the place. The property is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is cute and cozy, and with plenty of room. Four of us had a ladies' weekend and the space was perfect for hanging out, and super close to dinner/brunch and shopping. The towels and sheets were very nice. We hope to come back!

Finding this coach house for a brief stop over felt like coming to your childhood family or favorite Auntie’s home. Our hosts were communicative, caring, and ensured a blissful stay. My shoulders relaxed, we calmed with the quiet of the trees and warmth of the furnishings. I wish we could’ve stayed longer or lifted the house (and dogs) up, like in the movie and transport everyone to Arizona!Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your coach house. Great little place for a weekend getaway! The setting is lovely and peaceful. We loved the decor - antiques mixed with contemporary pieces. And real art on the walls! I do think people should be aware that the steps up to the unit are tricky and narrow - not ideal if you have any mobility issues. I would also have appreciated a small dish drainer on the counter. But overall it was well stocked with nice amenities.

It was a great stay, balcyard zipline was a top thing for kids. Communication was also great

Garage apartment in nice neighborhood. About a mile to Wheaton train station and downtown. Larger than hotel suite, balcony looking into beautiful backyard, helpful hosts. I’d come back.

I didn't realize it at the time of booking, but this turned out to be the perfect VRBO location for our trip! Extremely kind and considerate hosts. Peaceful retreat--great mid-mod decor, clean, comfortable, low/no scent products in use (many thanks for that!), easy-to-find, and well-located. Within approx. 15 min. of Morton Arboretum which was the focus of our trip. Ended up enjoying adding wonderful dining and shopping in downtown Wheaton, at host's suggestion, which had not been part of the original itinerary. Looking forward to a return trip!

The cozy coach house is a literal gem! The original art and retro styled furnishings are creatively appointed and make for an extra special stay. My teen daughter and I especially enjoyed projecting our Netflix on the big screen. The hosts are super sweet too!

Cozy Comfortable Convenient

I took my daughter to Chicago to experience the city, but I have to say, the Cozy Coach House would be worth the visit. It is better appointed than any hotel, has a beautiful design, was incredibly clean, cozy and inviting, and is capable of being a destination of its own. It is close to the train station, groceries and other necessary places, but the quiet backyard offers country-like serenity just off a major road. Liz and Bill are gracious and caring hosts, and we will be back!

It was a cool place to stay. Had far more amenities than we needed nor used like about a half dozen clickers for TV Music etc. Well equipped. Could have just lived there be we were visiting relatives, so we ate most of our meals away. But had a well-equipped kitchen.

Loved Staying at the Cozy Coach House for a wonderful weekend getaway. The house is so snuggly and welcoming. The house has everything that you need to feel right at home including a stove/oven, microwave, glassware and dishes, and basic cookware. I loved the artwork in the house- especially the paintings over the couch- that would make a beautiful fabric pattern!! There are so many personal touches to the house that you are constantly discovering new things! The cozy house was so clean and the bed was soft and welcoming with crisp linens and pillows. The coach house was quiet as the coach house is situated back behind the main house. I loved that there always a grocery store right down the street- within walking distance. There is a Metra train station in Wheaton that you can drive to and take to downtown for fun adventures, or stay local and discover the area. You will not be disappointed with booking the Cozy Coach House!!

Long overdue getaway. Home away from home …to sit back with a bottle of wine and some snacks, relax and catch up. No husbands, no kids. It was a perfect ladies’ night in.

Our stay was fantastic . Close to everything easy drive from Ohio. The coach house was extremely clean , welcoming, and cozy . We will definitely stay at the cozy coach house again if available

Great private spot 1/2 mile from Downtown Wheaton.

We had a wonderful time in the Cozy Coach House, the place is decorated with unusual and surprisingly used pieces, a comfortable living room and a balcony where you can sit and discuss your day with some hot coffee. The kitchen has everything you could need and more, I was surprised to find a variety of shampoos for both ladies and gentlemen. Thank you Bill and Liz for all the details that allowed us to enjoy our stay to the fullest!!!
