Charming Cinnamon Shore Home w/ Many Resort Amenities!

Having two king bedrooms is fantastic. This was also the best equipped kitchen we have ever had at Cinnamon Shore - spices, pantry items, lots of cooking gear. We loved the airy family room but people walking upstairs definitely can be heard downstairs. The location is quiet and super convenient. We hope to stay here again and recommend it!

We loved our time at Sunset Bay! We highly recommend this home - loved the upstairs patio where the kids could play, dance and be safe from the street. House is so well stocked, beds and linens are extremely comfortable. We have been here 3 years in a row and this is our new favorite place. Loved grilling outside on the deck , right beside the kitchen,and the kitchen had everything you could ask for in a kitchen. We enjoyed our time so much.

Reviewer Comments: Having stayed in all sorts of units at CS, from a condo on the town circle, to an obnoxiously large house on the beach, this is probably my favorite because of its layout design. The TV was easy to use (it even had a spare HDMI cable already hooked up), the WIFI was always running (not always a given with CS properties), and there were plenty of little things that made it feel like home. My only criticism is that it DESPERATELY needs some sort of shades/shutters on the windows upstairs, and not just for privacy's sake but because the sun that pours through the windows in the morning/evening is BLINDINGLY intense.

The bedrooms were very comfortable and baths well appointed. Well located. From the map we were worried that it might be too close to the highway, but we didn’t hear any traffic noises. Right down the street and walkable to the town center. Easy golf cart ride to the beach. The only thing we didnt’ love was that the bedrooms were on the ground floor and the living area on the second floor which meant we were running up and down stairs a lot. We enjoyed the beach, the largest pool, the pizza parlor, the sweet shop. My sister and her family were right across the street the street so we got together with them and played games every night around the large dining table.

Even though it is 2 street from highway. You do not hear the road noise at all. We enjoyed the great balconies. The living area is on 2 nd floor. All bedrooms down. We had young children with us so we brought baby gates for stairs. There’s a grill on balcony very convenient for kitchen area. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. My review has nothing to do with the owners. But the Cinnamon Shore quality control team didn’t live up to their standards. (We’ve stayed there in the past). Cinnamon Shores is supposed to have 2 days worth of paper goods I.e. toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. This was not supplied to us. Again, not owners responsibility. They pay Cinnamon Shores for this service. In the past, they have provided a couple of days coffee pods for the Keurig. I’m assuming they don’t do that anymore since there weren’t any. We had our own coffee set up. We had some trouble with one of the appliances and both owner and CS provided us with wonderful customer service. There was a toaster oven in house we used. We ate all our meals at the house, but there’s plenty of restaurant choices. We happened to be there during a week when it rained and had storms. We went to the CC aquarium one day and it is well worth it. We ate the best fried catfish at Snoopy’s in CC. We had a great week making memories with our grandkids and family.

We loved the layout and really enjoyed the balconies off the living room. No matter the time of day there was somewhere comfortable to relax outside. Kitchen was really well stocked, beds were really comfortable. We also enjoyed being close to the restaurants- really convenient with littles. Would absolutely stay here again.
