Charming Canandaigua Lake House w/ Deck & Views!

Quiet property with a peek-a-boo view of Lake. About 15 mins from the nice town. Check-in and access was easy and convenient

Loved the sunrises over Canandaigua lake. This home was clean and tidy. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was also incredibly generous and left us some snacks that we really appreciated after a long journey.

Place was comfortable, clean and very true to the listing...would book again in a heartbeat!

It was rather cold, and the shower didn’t stay hot for long. On top of that, having such a massively high cleaning fee is inappropriate.

The house was very nice indeed. Good location, close to lake, easy drive to downtown Canandaigua and surrounding areas. Had some difficulty with TV connecting to our Subscribed channels initially but we received help from host to correct issue. Also heat went off in downstairs area two days before we left - pilot light went out and wouldn't restart. Challenging, but upstairs was very comfortable. We let them know about issue and that they didn't need to address it before we left. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning in the future for sure. Thanks so much! Ed & Jan

This cosy lakeside cottage was the perfect spot for our family Christmas reunion. The house was deceptively spacious, clean and very well equipped, on a spacious plot. This private property offers stunning views of Lake Canandaigua, wild life visitors on the doorstep, a park 0.2mile away, and was a handy location for visiting Naples, Cheshire, Canandaigua and skiing on Bristol Mountain.

This was a perfect stay! plenty of room, easy access to my folks in Honeoye and if it hadn't been so gloomy weather wise great views and a lovely yard and deck. We spent time visiting local vineyards and breweries, Christmas shopping and celebrating with family and friends. Thank you Also thanks for the last minute additional day because of flight cancellations !! We managed to get our son on a Monday 6 a.m. flight out through Chicago and then we drove home to Colorado

The host was very kind and we appreciated all of the instructions we found when we first walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals at home. We could see the lake but it was obstructed mostly by trees and power lines. It was still beautiful and so peaceful and quiet. We loved how much space there was in each bedroom and down in the bottom level where we had family game night. The family room upstairs was also a great size for watching tv after a long day of activities.

Second stay at this lovely bungalow. Exceptionally clean and well provisioned. Check in and contact with manager very smooth. We love the area. Across the street from the lake but due to large trees there is minimal water view. However the property is walking distance to a lovely park and small beach. Only 10 minutes from the village and all that it has to offer.

Very inviting from the moment we walked in. The house is roomy & had plenty of kitchen supplies as well as paper products. Within walking distance to a park with beautiful views of sunrise & sunset.

House was clean with well-stocked kitchen, plus hairdryer and clothing steamer, which was appreciated. Lots of extra towels and blankets, plus books and games and visitor guides for the area. So thoughtful! Short walk to the public beach was convenient, too. Highly recommend! Perfect location, only 10-15 min drive from downtown. Posted photos are very accurate.

The house was well stocked, big yard, plenty of room, a treat basket, and conveniently located! We highly recommend!

Was provided door code for early check in. Friendly and truly excellent service from Shaena. Property is beautiful with large yard and plenty of parking. House was immaculate and exceptionally well provisioned. Comfortable furniture and beds. My only fault was that description indicated lake view. Trees across the road have filled in and there was no view, just a glimpse.All in all our best experience at a VRBO and we hope to return next year.

The property was spotless and spacious. The kichen was well appointed and we had everything we needed for our stay. We had deer in the yard almost everyday which was a real treat!You do have a limited view of the lake from the deck but we enjoyed sitting out there every morning listening to the waves.The town of Naples at the southern end of the lake was charming.

Beautiful place. We really loved watching all the deer and rabbits put of the windows in the yard. We have never used VRBO before and didn't know what to expect. It was a winderdul stay and have no regrets aboit choosing this placw to stay. Very roomy and homey.

Great place, away from everything. A short walk to trails to walk the dog. Saw deer everyday. Loved the time with family in the quiet surroundings.

We had a great time; this cottage was nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a perfect location! We enjoyed going to Letchworth Park; the gorge and waterfalls were stunning and the park was beautiful. We loved driving around and exploring the area; lots of cute little towns and scenic vistas were everywhere. Lake Canandaigua has some nice restaurants and the town of Canandaigua are a great place to spend a vacation, even in the off-season. The town of Naples has a great wood-fired pizza restaurant too. Shawna was great to work with and was very helpful too.Highly recommend it!

Very nice house, lots of room and very clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. K-kup coffee and snacks provided for us adults and doggie treats, water bowl and doggie toy provided for our pup, what a nice personal touch, thank you so much. We would highly recommend this to others and we will be back next year.

We booked this home for 7 days. Easy check in with code texted in advance. Immaculately clean home. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable living & bedrooms. Love having 2 bathrooms. Family joined us for a dinner at Roots Cafe in Naples. 15/10 for Roots Cafe! We were sad to have to leave after 2 days d/t a family emergency. This home exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Cozy and clean, this sweet cottage is near the lake, hiking trails, and all of the wineries and great restaurants in Canandaigua!
