Charming Blue Bungalow Downtown Historic Montrose

This was a fabulous mini vacation. This comfortable home is in a fantastic location, we really enjoyed the walking radius options here and the back yard was lovely!

Always our 1st choice when visiting Montrose...!

The information provided about the home wasn't clear enough. We did not realize that all the bedrooms were upstairs and that the only bathroom was downstairs. Also, the towels that were provided were more like trying to dry off with a wool rug.

A very cute bungalow in the heart of Montrose. The property was clean a roomy. Loved the walkability to various restaurants and breweries. The only negative was how loud the window AC unit was in the main bedroom

I must tell you this had been my best stay ever! The blue house had plumbing issues so they so very kindly had me stay at another property. It was decorated with lovely things, clean and relaxing. My pup got to run wild a bit. Peaceful and quiet. The alpacas were a hoot as well as the chickens! While i didn't stay at the blue house after staying at the other property i know that place would have been grand! I very much recommend these hosts. If i stay in montrose again, it will be with them.

Cute little house. We had an issue with the hot water, and the dryer stopped working, but that was out of our control. The homeowners were lovely and quite accommodating and fixed everything after we left. And we enjoyed our short stay. It's an easy walk to some lovely breweries and restaurants right downtown.

Very unique home. Very clean. Great location. Only downfall is the stairs. A little tough for seniors. 75 years

This was a delightful spot to spend a few days! Our plans were canceled to go to Black Canyon because of the fire and we just hung out at the house for half of the day. It was very relaxing and we cooked a lovely dinner in the wonderful kitchen.

Very nice cozy cottage in a very nice neighborhood. Close to town you can walk to restaurants and anything you need.

They Charming blue bungalow is was perfect for our needs. They thought of everything and it has all the amenities. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and it very good location close to town in the National park. You can walk to many restaurants from the house which we did several times. I would highly recommend this property.

Quick stop in Montrose to do some work, always a great place to stay!

We were impressed by how comfortable the home was and the number of amenities that were present. It was a great stay and we wished that we had longer to stay in the house.

Great place to stay with small family. Easy to get to. Close to main street. Walked to a park with playground for the kids. Would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent stay! Our family of five originally planned to stay at a hotel near the airport but changed our plans when we found this listing—so glad we did! It was much more comfortable than a hotel room, very neat and tidy, with thoughtful touches like coffee. The location was great, just a short walk to downtown, where we had a wonderful dinner at Colorado Boy. Highly recommend!

My daughter (13 yo) and I stayed here while attending a Living Soil conference in the area. We arrived after dark and the GPS service I was using directed us to the area behind the house but we were able to figure it out! 2 very comfortable bedrooms are upstairs and 1 bathroom is down a steep stairwell with a strong banister on the main level. The owners go above and beyond to welcome pets (which I wish we'd brought!). We would definitely stay here again 3

Clean home, hot shower, and convenient to town. Worked great for our post hunting trip stay.

This VRBO was great but we didn't stay long enough to really enjoy it. The only word of warning is the stairs leading to the bedrooms upstairs are noisy and the bathroom is downstairs. If you get up a lot at night, the layout might not be for you.

It was obvious to us that Lori and Kelly are seasoned hosts. Everything anyone needs is in this house. In fact you never have to leave the house because there are so many things to do inside. Books, games, movies, super comfy furniture and beds to unwind on etc. etc. ! Don’t over think it. Stay here ! They get 5 stars plus a smiley face sticker from Nick and Kim ☮️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bungalow in Montrose, CO. The home has been beautifully restored and is located within walking distance from bars, restaurants, and shopping. The owners provide everything you might need during your stay. From a fully stocked kitchen that includes pots, pans, dinnerware, spices, and a coffee station (including coffee beans and a grinder), a cozy living room that includes books, DVDS, records, a record player and games, to shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The beds are comfy and extra linens and blankets are available. All you have to bring are the groceries and drinks! We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Blue Bungalow to anyone looking for a little piece of home while visiting the area

We were only there one night, but it was comfortable, had a little bit of everything, and was nicer than most of the hotels we stayed in on our trip. Access to downtown and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison was very convenient.

Nice house, warm environnement

Would be nice to have restroom upstairs is my only thought. Otherwise, a very nice and comfortable stay.

Easy rental process and very convenient to town and always a nice stay ... been here multiple times and will continue to request this stay.

Although our stay was short, the home was lovely and welcoming, it had everything one could need and perfect location.
