Charming Air Conditioned Katama Home

The property is well maintained, everything you need, nice location, quiet street for my grandchildren to ride the bikes that actually come with the rental. 3 bedrooms and a loft, perfect for our family with a large yard for outdoor games. We have been going to the Vineyard for 10 plus years and have never been disappointed

Debi was an engaged and communicative host providing plenty of information to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Debi’s place has a great layout and was extremely comfortable for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Bike ride to south beach and into Edgartown from this perfectly located house.

My husband and two kids (14 & 16 yrs) stayed along with my sister and her 17 yr old daughter. The home had everything we could have hoped for and more: comfortable beds, great cookware and utensils, all appliances are of high quality and worked as they should, excellent grill, a/c worked well, and the beach chairs and bikes were new and plenty of them. The house was very clean - kudos to the cleaning crew. The Wi-Fi worked well, which made my kids very happy! We had a couple over for dinner one night and the table looked beautiful - there were so many lovely serving pieces available. My parents used to own a home at Katama and my sister and I have been coming for our entire lives. Debi’s home made for a welcome return to the island.

We had the best week. We were visiting our daughter who is working on the island for 6 months. Rarely have we stayed in such a well equipped and maintained house with such a lovely and attentive host AKA Debi. We had such lovely weather which I believe she arranged for us too (!) and enjoyed virtually everything that MV has to offer. Lamberts Cove proved to be our favourite beach and The Covington our favourite restaurant. The beautifully serviced bikes went everywhere and it was a joy to have them there and not go through the hassle of renting them. We would love to stay again - just need to work out when. Every aspect was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Debi - you are a Superhost for sure!

Everything was great.

This is a very comfortable home in Katama section Edgartown. If you are new to renting in Martha’s Vineyard this location is close to South Beach and is away from the traffic near Edgartown. You can rent a kayak, and have it delivered to Great Edgartown Pond which is close to the home. The beds are comfortable, and the sofas are as well. The home has bikes and beach chairs and a great deck with gas grill. There two bedrooms downstairs and a primary upstairs. There is a full bath upstairs and downstairs there is a larger walk-in shower. We had a relaxing vacation in this quiet location.
