Stayed Apr 13, 2026This was a fabulous house for our girl’s trip. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch area in the backyard. The host was great at communicating with me. The only surprise was the amount of stairs and the lack of bathroom downstairs. That could have been my fault that n not reading the fine print well enough. This was an “older ladies trip” so bathroom access in the night and stairs can be an issue with some. We worked around it.

Stayed Apr 9, 2026This is the cutest home! We stayed for a girl’s trip and had a lovely time tucked away in Franklin. TN! Highly recommend. The host is very communicative and the property is well kept. The outdoor back porch is dreamy with a screened in area for sitting and a nice large porch swing. Very close to everything you need.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025What an amazing home...it's was very comfortable and super convenient with 4 bedrooms, with 3 of these with full baths. The two living areas was super too when we had to divide up for various hangouts...but the true treasure was the back porch...just spectacular....so big with lots of comfy seating. My son loved the huge backyard with the tire swing. Owner was very attentive in checking in to make sure all was well during our stay...thank you so much !

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This spacious property provided our family with areas to enjoy being together or apart. Lovely back porch, yard with fire pit and swing. Our 4 year old grandson loved being outdoors. With the fenced yard no worries about him going outside. Close to downtown Franklin or a day trip into Nashville.
