Upon arrival everything seemed nice. I went to use the powderoom and there was hair all on the floor. I noticed the same in the master bedroom, the hard floor and rug. They needed a good sweep, mop and vacuum. The walls all around could also use a fresh coat of paint. Quite a few patches around.
