Stayed Nov 7, 2025House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Very dated and needs some updating to make it more comfortable. Clear that it was very very cheaply furnished and is extremely sparse. Feels like the absolute minimum. Main bathroom shower could use some work. You can get a nice shower head for less than $50. Feels a bit overpriced for how dated everything is - especially in the off season. A railing needs to be added to the front porch, nothing to hold onto anywhere. Clearly used to be one but was cut off? A decent stay - especially since there aren’t a lot of places to stay in the area. Owners please put a little more effort into it, it has so much potential!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Just what we needed. Home away from home. Sheets on the bed, towels in the bathroom and very well stocked kitchen. We only used the coffee pot because there are very good restaurants near by, Horn Harbor, Los Portales, KC Crabs & Cues, Coles Point Tavern and Chitter Chats Ice Cream. Don’t forget the bug spray, being this close to water you’re gonna have black flies, no-see-ums and mosquitoes. Everybody is so nice, so throw up your hand and say hi.
