Stayed May 19, 2026We had an issue when we arrived. The house had not been cleaned prior to arrival. I contacted Kelly and he was very surprised. He immediately contacted the cleaners and got them over to the house. They did a great job and the issue was resolved. Kelly compensated us for our inconvenience. We had a great stay. We were there for a wedding in Dewey. We also ventured out to Sedona and Grand Canyon. It was a great location. Amenities were exactly what we needed.

Stayed May 1, 2026Great place to stay for a Prescott visit. Super quiet neighborhood, quick shot to Prescott Valley or to ER campus. Loved having the arcade and air hockey table downstairs. Would definitely stay again next time we visit our son.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025The home was in a lovely quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. 3 bedrooms, and an additional downstairs game room/living room that had a comfy couch where one family member chose to sleep. Overall a nice home with a few minor things we detailed to the owner upon our departure that would be nice for future guests (additional kitchen items, etc.)
