Prescott Country Club Condo on Golfcourse

Right on the golf course- small but very comfortable.

It had a really nice view of the golf course, lots of trees, very quiet,areas to walk

Older property, very adequate and comfortable. Oven needed cleaning, bathroom sink needs drain cleaner. Well stocked. We would recommend.

Perfect for what we needed!

Everything about this place was spot on in regards to the info that given. My daughter is going to college in Prescott, I didn’t want to be downtown I wanted something quiet and a little ways away from the airport too. Also the fact that I’m from the east coast and a lot lower elevation the grass and trees from the country club made it feel a little closer to home than previous places I’ve stayed at

The place was very comfortable and loved the golf course view. Only improvement would be something to keep the bed from creaking loudly every time you move or turn over.

Access to the main drag and everything you need two blocks over but our street was calm & quiet despite being on the golf course! Cute little place perfect for our stay, would def stay here again if in the area. Recommend!

Host was extremely helpful and responsive to any and all inquiries. The location was great. Quiet area with easy access to shopping and activities.

cute little Condo perfect for two. We had dinner at the Golf Country Club. Good food. We watched the wild life out the back. Plenty of people playing golf. Wished the weather was warmer.

The unit was clean and had plenty of towels, pillows, etc. .. Looking out on the golf course and seeing the fellows mowing early in the morning...followed by the golfers was fun for us. We spent most of our time with our daughter and her family during the day, coming back to a quiet place was nice and relaxing!

Great property. Definitely woyld stay again. Perfect for homey feeling when not at home. I arrived alone late at night and it was pretty dark at the back of the house. I would recommend a motion light.

The condo was clean and well-equipped. Easy check in process and kind hosts. Nice view of golf course.

The condo is well equipped and stocked. The view was amazing. We both golf so looking out on a fairway was a great pkace to enjoy our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.

Great location, very relaxing setting would definitely stay there again. Also very easy access to Prescott Valley and Prescott.

We found grease on the stove, dirty dishes in the cabinet and blue water behind the toilet. The Mattress was uncomfortable. The decor was very nice and the unit inexpensive.

Condo was clean in good neighborhood. Restaurants were an easy drive.

This is the second time my mom has stayed here while visiting family. We absolutely love it! It is always clean and inviting. Kristine is so great and responsive. There is never an issue! We will be back for a third time next year. Couldnt be more happy with this cute and cizy rental

Bed is a full or queen . It makes a noise every time you move. Needs a new mattress . King. Unit reminds me of 1980 with popcorn ceiling. Dated furniture. Bathroom lacks safety bars to prevent falls. Carpet in bedroom has large stain. Patio furniture needs replacement . Yard has plastic coming thru rooks. Tv service : no basic stable . You are expected to login to apps to use, not user friendly. Be sure bring shampoo conditioner and bath products. AC worked very good. Did not use heat. Golf course nice , no Mountain View’s. Area quiet . Driveway parking, no garage. We left 2 days early due to above.
