Stayed Sep 20, 2025The property was clean and well-stocked. Check-in was easy. Was within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium. Pool was nice. Property manager was fast to respond to messages and even was nice enough to let us check in early. However, the house was near 86 degrees on arrival and only got under 82 degrees during the nighttime. There was no solution other than reset the Nest system which did not work. Lastly, there were only lukewarm shower temps. My son actually said cold.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025This is my families second time to Phoenix for Spring training and everyone had a great time. John contacted me and told me how to check-in and later out. We liked the location and property so much we decided to stay another night, and John was accommodatingThere are several food and shopping options within a mile or two of the property. If you are there for Baseball, you're 10 min from Peoria, 12 from Camelback Ranch, and 20 from Goodyear and Surprise which was perfect for us.It was a great experience and John was a wonderful host. Thank You!

Just as described in listing, we enjoyed playing the available games and its very close to an outdoor mall with lots of entertainment and food! Only negative- with 7 people staying in the home (4 adults/3 kids) there was really no hot water, the first shower of the day was luke warm.. the sink water was the same

Stayed Jan 30, 2025This house was an excellent choice for my family to stay in Glendale. The house is within walking distance from the Glendale stadium which made it nice for the supercross event. The house has been newly remodeled and is very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
