Please note we do not allow any parties and we’re a non-smoking property. Because this is located inside Corte Bella, all guess are required to be over age 55. Please be prepared to provide your ID upon booking.

FOR WINTER
If you are heating the pool, we will cover the first $100 of the electric bill. After that, the remainder will be billed as used.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and laundry in pantry area. Plenty of storage. The pool is heated in the cooler months and chilled in the hotter months. Winter there is an extra charge for heating. You will also have access to the Golf Course, Fitness Center and Classes as well as the community pool and hot tub. Corte Bella also has 2 restaurants on site.
