Charming 2-bedroom house with WiFi, AC in welcoming Eastpoint

Place was a very great place to stay

We loved the place! Very clean and in a great location! The only negative is the Beds were not very comfortable. The property manager did apologize and she informed me this week there would be new beds. They were already in the process of replacing them by June 1st! Great rental for the money. They were very nice and had good communication! We would stay here again especially after beds are replaced.

Nice small old Florida cottage. Near amenities and to st George Island. Recently renovated with modern appliances and flooring. Easy to access.

The picture of the property looks slightly less appealing in person. The yard is long and narrow, butted right next to another property that has a section of toys for outdoor playing in the neighbors yard. Not a real issue(everyone loves happy kids) but they can get quite loud out there playing. The yard has many, many ant hills all over which needs to be treated. The location and proximity to everything around is great. The bay is only a few blocks away. The screened in porch is a good feature, although it doesn't lock(which would have felt more secure). The inside of the house is quite nice regarding the floors, cabinetry and appliances. The furniture was disappointing. Dark colors and poor quality. I could have easily given the house a decorative upgrade and a beachy vibe. That would have made a huge difference in the experience. The beds were not comfortable at all. This could be easily remedied with new mattresses or with the addition of a nice foam mattress topper. The linens were ok. Clean but on the cheaper side. If you were buying this property I'd say go for it. It has a lot of potential. For a vacation rental property it could do with some interior upgrades to elevate the renters experience. The host was very quick to respond, so props for that! I would give this 8 out of 10 as an honest review I would definitely rent again and would recommend this vacation rental. It is value for money and with a few changes, it could be great.

Property was clean and had a good supply of cooking tools and a washer ane dryer. It was very quiet...great!I think they need to have a broom so you can keep the floors free of sand.

Excellent communication from our host. We were very comfortable on our long weekend stay. All the amenties were perfect and very nicely maintained. We would definitely choose this rental property for another stay in East Point. The location was perfect for our activities.

The property was perfect for our trip .We visited Carabelle, St George Island state park and Appalachicola. My favorite St George state park, and the John Gorrie museum. The house had all modern appliances in the kitchen and laundry.

The perfect place to spend a few good nights, Love it!

Clean, nice porch, parking for a boat, a couple minute walk to the bay

The property was well-kept and clean. Check-in was a breeze, and home was only minutes away from St. George Island. East Point is quite a convenient place to stay for fishing and hitting the beaches.
