The location was great with easy access to the beach. It was clean and pretty spacious. No complaints at all.

Just great. Everything as advertised. Beach close. Loved Newburyport, especially the walking.

Absolutely beautiful area. Walking distance to a bar/restaurant or two. 10-15 min drove to town center which isnvery cute with great restaurants. House was cute. Clean. Cute neighborhood. Didnt have time for beach but owner indicated it was walkable behind the property.

This garage apartment is a hidden gem. It sits on a wooden lot with only the main house visible through some trees and a direct view of Joppa Flats. Birder paradise!birder

This is a very cozy cottage in a wonderful location near one of New England’s loveliest beaches and most unique wildlife refuges.

This was a perfect get away for a small family or group. We will definitely come back. Thank you.

While any place on Plum Island can be magical, Sunset Blush is a serene location on the quiet end of the Island and just steps from the Wildlife Refuge and one of the most spectacular stretches of beach in New England. The second-floor living area provides glorious sunset views over the salt marsh to the west and treetop views to the east. There's a fireplace and a good stock of wood for any chilly nights. Everything worked as expected and Melissa answered any questions immediately. A fine stay all around.

The house isn't too far from the main beach with a private walk leading direct to an access point, plus they provided a beach wagon for towing chairs, towels, KIDS haha, etc. so getting out to the water never felt like a big to-do. We also made a trip down to Sandy point, which you want to get an early start for since parking is very limited, and this location once again proved advantageous for being so close.

This cute house is surrounded by trees and yet, we could hear the surf that wasn't far away. Lots of beautiful birds and we even saw turkeys in the driveway. We were a stone's throw from the wildlife sanctuary and a short walk to the beach. I'd be happy to stay there every trip to Plum Island!!

Short visit for family of four. Downstairs space was a bit cramped but upstairs was pleasant and nice view. Able to walk to restaurants and beach. Quick drive to newburyport for any other needs.

I stayed with 2 friends and we had a great, relaxing stay! The house was well appointed, very close to the beach, and a great location to visit Newburyport and take day trips elsewhere. Everything was clean and check in / out was a breeze!

We had great weather and the house was great for what we needed.
