Charming 2-bedroom house in delightful Newbury with AC, WiFi

Erica’s house was beautiful and in an amazing setting on Plum Island. It was clean, spacious, full of light and tastefully decorated. The check in was easy with a combination front door lock. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for cooking.There was also a water cooler. There is no dishwasher, but we didn’t mind that. The two bedrooms were comfortable with a queen and king bed. There is a fairly comfortable pull out sofa in the living room. We had myself, my husband and 2 young adult sons. There is only one bathroom, but again we managed. There are window air conditioners in the bedrooms and one in a kitchen window, which I felt was a little too close to the sink.But they kept the house very cool. The large wrap around deck with outdoor sectional and large patio table with umbrella was so nice, as well as newer Weber grill! The home sits close to the marsh side of the island so you just walk out the door and can see the gorgeous sunsets! Also the Sunset Club is very close. The beach/ocean side is within walking distance. The washer and dryer look brand new and are in the basement along with beach chairs and wagon. We were even able to use the adults bikes, which was amazing and so appreciated. Of note, the stairs to the basement are quite steep so you do need to take care when going up and down. We loved our stay at Erica’s home on Plum Island. It was quiet and relaxing and had everything we needed. Would love to go back.

Great Family Stay! Clean, great location, great deck, comfortable beds. Had all the supplies needed. Responsive hosts. We all hope to go back again!
