Charming 1912 Bungalow in Middlebury Indiana

I can't say enough about this bungalow-it was so clean and well decorated (for Christmas!) and we just loved staying there. The upstairs bathroom is quite small however there is a bigger one downstairs so it worked out well for us. Easily walkable to restaurants, park, etc.

This was a great friends trip. This home was absolutely perfect. The owner has thought of everything we plan on returning.

Great place to stay.

Don’t miss out on this gem! This was our second stay in this home and we hope to come back. They have thought of everything! Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels and super equipped kitchen. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the horse and buggies clip clopping by.

One of THE BEST places we’ve ever stayed. Our host went over the top to make our stay comfortable. We had plenty of room, cookies upon arrival, beautiful back yard, comfortable rooms, great location. Just loved everything. Booking Shaina for next year!

The place was as advertised and comfortable for our group of 8. It is a beautiful home that is well maintained and tastefully decorated.

Our group of 5 ladies stayed in this lovely home for 4 nights in Sept. 2025. We loved sitting on the front porch with the horse and buggies going by. Everything about this home is so comfortable and inviting and beautifully decorated. From the delicious Welcome cookies, providing bottled water, coffee, etc to the comfortable sitting areas, large dining room table, and spacious bedrooms. The home was spotless, and Mike & Rose assisted with all of our trip planning questions and requests. We appreciated the upstairs bathroom which a lot of older homes do not have. It is on the small side, but it met our needs. We did not have time to enjoy the back yard with the fire pits, croquet, bags, etc., but it would be perfect for a family! It was a short drive to Shipshewana with beautiful countryside. You absolutely cannot go wrong by choosing this Charming 1912 Bungalow. We hated to leave and if the opportunity ever arises, we will be back!

We've stayed here twice now and planning our next trip. The home is very clean, spacous and perfect for what we need. The host is great as well.

This house has everything you need

Just a wonderful experience at the Bungalow In Middlebury. I highly recommend a stay here and give it a 5 star plus rating.

Beautiful older home that was very clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable furniture and accommodations. Roomy bedrooms and living areas. Large kitchen well equipped with complimentary coffee and delicious cookies. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

It was an easy choice picking to stay here again. A block away from West On Warren and very convenient for our work trip. Plenty of room for us! Appreciate all of the included amenities and the cookies are the best!

We so much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Rose responded immediately to any questions. The extra touches - a coffee bar, extra toothbrushes, cookies from a local bakery to name just a few - are so thoughtful. We’re already planning to book again.

This was our second stay at the Bungalow, and we enjoyed it as much our first. My group of 8 were traveling to attend a Notre Dame football game and stayed over the weekend. Our experience with the property and the host was excellent. There was great communication, attention to detail, beautifully decorated spaces and even some extras like coffee and cookies that made us fell so welcomed. My entire group wanted to stay longer so we could enjoy more of the property and the surrounding area.

Perfect location to stay as we had 4 adults from work visiting RV Factories in the area. The location of this property, cleanliness, and modern updates would give it 5 STARS.

This was the most comfortable home ever! My family and I are already planning on staying there in the spring.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean, comfortable home! Special amenities throughout! We all loved our time there!

Best girls trip ever! This rental and the owners’ attention to detail, their helpfulness, and hospitality made a great trip even better. Mike & Rose went above & beyond and I would highly recommend their home to everyone. Perfect place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful bungalow. The house is very clean and the owners have thought of every single detail. We hope to return sometime next year for another visit. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for the cookies! They were delicious.
