Located in the friendly, walkable neighborhood of Kenton, this ADU/tiny house (300 square feet total) is a five minute drive from I-5, a 5-10 walk to the nearest bus lines and MAX station, and a block-and-a-half away from the central Denver Street commercial zone of Kenton neighborhood with access to restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, soul food, pizza, pub food), coffee shops, library, record store, art stores, antique stores, and convenience store. Fred Meyer and New Seasons grocery stores are within a mile of the ADU. It has easy access via I-5 to downtown Portland and Vancouver, WA, as well as the historic Mississippi district. The ADU is located in the backyard of owner's house and is fenced off with it's own lawn and yard. The ADU has a double bed, memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, and two white noise machines. This is a quiet, cosy spot perfect for a laid-back Portland experience! This is a pet-free and smoking free house.

This is an awesome spot! We loved staying here and definitely would again. Clean, roomy, super easy to check in and out. The host is super helpful and responsive. Parking was a breeze. We hope to come back someday.
