We loved the place. It was clean and spacious. We loved the fire pit and hanging out with our family in the living area. The host was friendly and helpful. Would love to come back one day.

Amazing place for family to gather! Christa was so helpful and has a beautiful, thoughtfully stocked home in Dry Ridge. They couldn't have been more gracious hosts while we were in town for a sister's wedding. We loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit & cooking in the open kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was an ideal location for visiting the Ark Encounter and also going to Cincinnati. We loved our time spent in the backyard and enjoying the firepit. The home owner was very responsive to messages and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property!

This is the cleanest VRBO property i have rented. The necessities were all available as well as some extra fun things for our kids. Communication was great.

My family and I loved our stay at the Cottage. Everything was so user friendly and accommodating. So beautifully furnished and welcoming. Easy drive to the Ark as well And we loved sitting around the fire pit Highly recommend !

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Christa was super sweet and very helpful. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was nothing lacking: tv in all bedrooms, silverware, dishes, laundry detergent, etc. Less than 10 minutes to the Ark Encounter. I highly recommend staying at Charlie's Place. You will not be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farm and enjoyed meeting Christa! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and very close to the Ark Encounter. The Creation Museum was a short drive too. Communication with Christa was immediate, and she gave us wonderful recommendations for other places to visit in the area. The house worked perfectly for our family of 3 with plenty of room to spread out. Christa goes out of her way to set up and decorate the home to make guests feel welcomed. We wished we could have stayed longer! When visiting the area again, we will not hesitate to return to this home! Thank you Christa for being such a wonderful host and making our vacation a little more special!

We had a very nice stay. The area was quiet, except for the train, which was no bother to us, the kids loved it and we did too. The house was nice and clean and had everything you could want provided.

The property is cleaning and welcoming. It’s about 20 minutes from the Ark and 45 minutes from museum. Close to shopping and restaurants. Instacart available through Kroger’s. The house was a welcoming retreat after spending the day at the Ark and museum.

This home is clean and well managed. The host was accessible and welcoming. The location is great for visiting the Ark or downtown Williamstown. Plenty of grocery or restaurant options near by. Coffee bar was an added bonus!
