Charlevoix 4BR Fully Remodeled Vacation House

The host was incredibly helpful, understanding and accommodating, with clear communication and quick responses. The home was perfect for our group, with more amenities than I could have imagined! It truly felt like home with everything that you could ever want or need. The host had provided more than enough comforts to make the stay inviting and enjoyable.

The house was clean and spacious. The location was convenient to Charlevoix and other destinations we wanted to visit.

We rented the house for the weekend for a wedding and to celebrate our grandson’s 21st birthday. We could not have had a better experience. The house was equipped with anything you might need. It was very spacious and clean. We were very close to the wedding venue, which made it so convenient. We also went to Harbor Springs and Petoskey and enjoyed great food and shopping. We had a small celebration for my grandson with a bonfire at night, enjoying s’mores and making great family memories. I would recommend this location 100%!

We were in town for a family wedding at Castle Farms and this property was perfectly located in the center of all of our activities. The house was very clean and homey with many amenities (well stocked kitchen & bathrooms) that made it very comfortable.

We had an awesome week at the rental! The hosts had everything we needed! The location was exactly where we needed to be for our events for the week.

A plus experience. Great location- walk to Ferry Beach and Backlot. Easy to get downtown. Definitely recommend if you are headed Up North. Clean and well laid out house.

Wow! Everything was great! We were in town for a family wedding at Castle Farms. The location of the house was awesome! Easy walk to Ferry Beach, short drive to the Castle and downtown. We will recommend this property to our friends and family, felt like “home”. Thank you for sharing!

Quiet neighborhood. Clean and spacious. Great location for access to downtown Charlevoix. Nice amenities such as laundry pods, dryer sheets, great towels etc.

Clean and delightfully set for a family with kids ranging in age from 17 to 1 month old. Comfortable rooms and a well set kitchen. No pets is a perk for this family with allergies.

It was great we had lots of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, so that we could cook meals. Everything was clean. We were also close to town which is what we look for. We did go to some restaurants and enjoyed the shopping.

It was great space for 10 of us. Living area big enough for all of us to hang out!!

This is our second time staying here and it was as great as the first time! The house is perfect for family, clean, and a great location for all the fun things to do in Charlevoix. Definitely looking forward to future stays here!

This is the second year that we’ve stayed at the house on May street, once again we loved it! There was all the space that we needed for our family of 8. The open family room and kitchen was a great spot to gather and hang out. The yard is huge and well taken care of and it was fun to see deer in the backyard! The location is perfect, quiet yet close to town.

1. The hosts were absolutely amazing and always responded immediately to any messages or questions we sent their way. 2. The home was better than advertised! We had ten folks in our party and we had plenty of beds and space to smoothly operate. The was fully furnished, clean, and ready for upon arrival. We could not have asked for better. 3. The location was absolutely perfect for us, because it was dead smack in the middle of Traverse City (for the Cherry Festival) and Mackinaw. Plus Charlevoix itself is a great little quaint town that we took full advantage of. We would recommend this home to anyone traveling to upper MI that wanted a central place with access to a lot of the key Upper MI locations. Seriously- the hosts, home, and location would be tough to beat!!!

Property was ideal for our family (families with children enjoying their space) very clean and well supplied made our stay very enjoyable.
