Host was great at answering questions and the property was perfect for a group of 6 people. Property will be a 5 star once the mentioned construction is completed.

The property is in great proximity to downtown Charleston. However, the construction started every morning at 7:00, even on Saturday. Although it is not the property owner's fault that there is heavy construction, our mornings were not enjoyable due to the noise and the shaking of the house's foundation.

Although we loved Charleston, I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here until construction is over. From sometimes 6-7:30 there is yelling and pounding and shaking of the house. One glass dome on a lamp was broken on our arrival and one of our family cut their foot sitting at the table and the garbage disposal was plugged the first day. The house is cute, there was ample room but small commodities such as salt and pepper and coffee filters weren’t supplied. There’s plenty of room in the pantry for a vacuum or a broom to clean up but only paint is stored there. The response time was great in fixing things although they did have to come back twice to finish the job. We loved the area and would probably rent closer to the college areas and not on Line St. again, until consuls over.

The location of this home is the best! We were able to walk so many places it was very convenient. The place is surrounded by a lot of construction, but that only bothered us one morning. Clean home and 8 girls slept comfortably!

House was located in a block that had road closures from 9 AM to 4 PM with heavy construction going on all day right next to the house and on the street that was closed in front of the house. The only thing we were told prior was that there was construction in the area. A gross understatement, have we known how extensive the construction was we would not have rented this propertyThe noise was unbearable all day long. at night, the huge construction lights in the lot next-door were so bright in your bedroom that it looked like daylight.

Disappointed. The company was good to work with. Accommodating, let us check in really early since I told them one person in our party had health issues and needed a place to rest. House was comfortable. Here is the issue. They say there is construction in the area and show a photo of a small field. In reality the house is in the middle of a huge multi block revival. The street was torn up and had metal plates that made it sound like someone was dropping things on the house every time cars drove by. Constructing started at 630am. This was a massive construction site, Think gigantic crane, multiple crews and loud, large equipment. I contacted company and was told that conditions are always changing and they would bring over a noise machine. The house shook all day long. We feel duped.

When we checked in to the home, excessive chlorine fumes and mildew in the upstairs bathroom ceiling were pervasive. A call to the office and Bruno took immediate action locating another satisfactory property and property manager Peter helped us move. Their willingness and ability to help turned, what could have been a problem stay into a good experience. Thank you.
