The host was quick when responding and accommodating to our requests.

Awesome location, and plenty of space. We came up for New Years from Jax, Fl with a group of 6 adults. We had tons of space to spread out amongst the house. We were walking distance to multiple coffee shops and bars as well which was perfect

The location of this home was awesome but there were many things that were not up to par. The A/C in that home was on its last leg and couldn’t cool the home down past 78 degrees downstairs and 80 degrees upstairs. We were in an Extreme heat advisory which made things even worse.The host did send someone to check the air on day two but nothing was fixed and we were advised the one unit needed to be replaced. We had to purchase a fan for one of the upstairs bedrooms as it had no flow of air. We had to order it via Walmart for delivery that first night as the kids couldn’t sleep. We were told if we sent the receipt which I did that we would receive a refund. I never saw a refund for the fan purchase or received any further communication after we left. The backyard wasn’t really a backyard and the pictures were so deceiving. When we booked this location we thought it would be a spot that our families could hang outside at night but there was barely seating for 4. The heat also made it super hard to go out there.We also had to order from Walmart delivery plastic utensils and bowls as there was not enough for us to use with our meals for everyone. The living room was very small and barely contained enough space for us to relax and hangout in. While other reviewers may have enjoyed this home, the location alone wouldn’t be enough for us to rent again. Our friends travelled to Charleston from PA and were very discontent with this home.

The house was beautiful with true Charleston charm. Clean and comfy! Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and spacious place to stay. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. Just know it’s a fairly busy area and can be a bit loud outside at night. Great cafe next door, easy walk to many bars and restaurants.

We had a fabulous stay in Charleston! We were a party of 7 adults and had plenty of room. We cooked, played games, watched movies, and of course saw all the sights! The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, bathrooms and everything were all super clean! The location was great for our first time to the area! We loved it!!

We had a great stay at this house. The location is perfect for walking around and exploring Charleston. There was enough room for multiple cars for parking but we barely used them! Communication was wonderful and prompt and we will definitely be back!

Very happy with the property and location.

We had our two sons and their wives, along with our 7 month old grandson with us. It was a beautiful home with parking for up to three cars, which was nice when our daughter and her boyfriend visited. It was perfect to be right next door to Island Provisions for morning coffees and pastries. It was a very walkable location. The trash trucks and nearby bar could make things a little noisy at times, but all the rooms had sound machines, so it was never an issue. We had a great family vacation and made lots of memories there. We'd defintely stay here again.

This house is exactly as described. Great location. We walked to everything. Parking for 3 cars. Plenty of room to hang out. We would definitely stay there again!

We had an excellent experience with this property. We were 5 adults and my Golden Retriever. There was enough bedrooms and space for all of us. Everything was clean. The location is awesome. You can walk to all the restaurants and stores in Charleston. We had to travel Mount Pleasant and it is super convenient for this as well. The team is super responsive and answers your questions and needs immediately We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and house was clean & neat. Loved being able to walk over a few steps and get the best coffee from Island Provisions. My friends who slept upstairs heard some street noise during the night but the two of us downstairs slept like babies.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The great location, nice space with 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 parking spaces & high chair worked well for our family to stay together on our vacation to Charleston. Very comfortable beds & linens. Convenient to nearby coffee shop & local pizza place. Host was very responsive to my questions & needs! We would stay there again!

Stayed with family ranging from 2 to 70s. You really can walk pretty much anywhere on the upper half of king street/uptown Charleston.

We had to change our vacation plans last minute because a member of our family got covid. We found this location last minute and it was available, the renters were very accommodating for our last minute rental and even were accommodating when we had to extend our stay for an extra day. The check in process was super easy and they communicated with us throughout the whole process, answered any questions we had and responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our experience and would rent with them again. Thanks for the great time.

House is quaint and just like photos. Upstairs rear bedroom warm due to high outside temps-should have portable fan for each bedroom, thank goodness I brought 1extra. Noise issue 1 night from dive bar next door rectified for remainder of stay after I called YOURPAD. Island Provisions next door was convenient. Liked having gate in driveway for added car security/privacy. Host is quick to return phone calls which we appreciated.
