PLEASE NOTE: As of 10/30/24 construction has begun in the lot behind the home and the surrounding area that will cause additional noise during the day. We are not made aware of the schedule, but some days can be louder than others with most work being done during the weekdays from around 8am to 5pm. Please reach out if you have any questions as to the extent of the construction. Our rates have been REDUCED and DISCOUNTED to reflect the additional noise that can occur during this neighboring project.



Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road and city noise may be heard. White-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    Great bedding and pillows! We all slept really well. House was cold when we arrived but heat worked well once we got it on and running.

    We stayed here for New Year's with two families of four. Plenty of space and bedroom to accommodate all of our guests. The home is located right off King Street in a great location with lots of things to do in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

    I wish the kitchen had dish towels. It’s hard to make one towel work for 5 days. Also, the toaster was broken. You had to hold it down to toast. The ceiling fan in the bedroom on 2nd floor on the left didn’t work and several sinks were a bit clogged.

    We stayed here Mother’s Day weekend. 12 adults and we had plenty of space. The house is very clean and has nice bathroom and kitchen updates. Beds are comfortable! We had the misfortune of having storms all weekend but still really enjoyed our stay. Keep in mind the house is old so lots of interesting character. Communication with rental company was great!

    Nice mature unit, the family enjoyed their stay but a large dining/kitchen table would be nice. Construction going on outside and immediate surrounding location is nothing special.
