The home’s reverse-design layout places the main living spaces on the second floor to fully capture the spectacular water views. Upstairs you’ll find a bright open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings, large picture windows, beautiful oak floors, multiple seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a sunny solarium/TV room.
