The location was quiet but close to anything you would need. The neighbors were very friendly. Overall a great experience. We would definitely use this house again.

The views of the sound cannot be beat. It is such a restful place. We have stayed at many houses on the Outer Banks and this is our favorite.

The home was clean and well maintained. It is soundfront that is tucked back in a gated community in a quiet place, ammenities include pool (seasonal), boat ramp and private beach with park.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024It was worth it for the amount paid. I enjoyed are we stayed in it was close enough to everything we wanted to do. It could have been a little cleaner. Tops of dressers were pretty dusty and some dishes were not clean. No bad experiences though

Stayed Jul 20, 2024My family and I enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the bay. We also enjoyed riding bikes to the sound 3 minutes awsy.

Neighborhood was quiet, the view was gorgeous. The interior of the home was well maintained and some updated features such as kitchen, furniture, decor. We have already booked for next years stay.

Stayed Apr 20, 2024We loved the property. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the Goose family who were our outdoor companions all week, visiting both morning and at dusk. We were disappointed that the pool is not available until Memorial Day.

It was so wonderful to wake up and sit outside to watch the water. Home had a well stocked kitchen and couch was the most comfortable ever.
