Stayed Sep 13, 2025This place was super clean. A few minor issues like a light bulb needed to be replaced, new batteries needed for the thermostat and a wall clock, and a toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The kitchen had no basic condiments like cooking oil, salt or pepper so you do have to bring your condiments.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025The house was great! Very nicely decorated, very clean. Excellent amenities provided. The lock box on the front door was one of the best ones I have used. We appreciated the free beer from the Horsefly Brewery! We had an excellent meal there. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Stayed May 9, 2024This is a nice little house in Montrose, Colorado. Prefect for visiting the westerns side of Colorado. Since its in the middle of town it does not have beautiful views but its close to shopping and is a great jumping off point for your travels.

Stayed Feb 2, 2024Beautiful home full of necessities and extras that made it better. Cleanliness could have been better we found a lot of crumbs in the beds/couches as well as lots of dust. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our weekend would definitely stay again.
