The host gave us a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed! It was a spotless home that was in a great location; we enjoyed the park across the road, the short, pleasant walk to Alberta St and the very short walk to a cluster of great restaurants around the corner. I appreciated the amenities, too - we didn’t cook on this trip but we easily could have. We would absolutely stay here again with our 2 (pre-teen/teen) kids. Thank you so much!

Great spot and we would stay again. Comfortable beds and clean. The full kitchen was nice. Lots of options for the TV. Having a parking spot off the street was also reassuring. Roy was very welcoming and accommodating.

Host (Roy) greeted us and gave us a tour of the house. He answered our questions. Rooms were spotless. The living area was comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much.Checkout was simple.

We had a phenomenal stay at this property in the Alberta Arts District. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and everything the neighborhood has to offer. The area felt very safe and welcoming, which made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Portland in comfort and convenience!

Roy and Peggy are fantastic hosts and the property is the cleanest and most comfortable (beds are great) we have stayed in! There are great restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance, and Roy gave us some great recommendations. Easy access to all highways and the airport. Will definitely return!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner obviously takes a lot of pride in maintaining this unit. The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Alberta Arts district and across the street from a park with tennis courts. We had a great stay!

What a great stay! The cleanest house I have ever stayed in and I have rented a lot of them. The hosts were right next door and were so attentive without hovering. Total pros, I would stay here again in a red - hot second. I love Alberta Dist. so much and being a few blocks off makes parking and the walk to coffee or shopping so nice. It was crazy hot in town and the house AC was easy to use and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen had every tool we needed as we are not able to be restaurant people. Thank you so much!

roy shared his lovely apartment with us for a few nights. We had easy acces to local restaurants and parks. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Alberta Arts Section of Portland is a great place to stay. Walk just a few blocks to a slew of restaurants and cool shopping.

The place was immaculate. We were impressed by the little extras that were available. The home is in a good location, close to the airport, Portland and other tourist spots. The guys enjoyed visiting with Roy.

It was great to have our own home. And to make it even better, the owner of the duplex lives on the other side. So, although we never needed anything - the home is very well equipped - we knew they were right there if we needed them. Lovely home. Lovely couple.
