Stayed Aug 11, 2023Matthew’s property is incredibly clean and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and Matthew generously allowed us to use veggies and herbs from the backyard garden! The bedrooms are comfortable as is the living room. We had such a fun and comfortable trip thanks to being able to stay at this home!

Stayed Jun 23, 2023My friends and I had an absolutely delightful stay at Matthew’s home! We came for a weekend in Madison and this was the perfect spot. It was a short drive to downtown while also in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and organized, just like the pictures showed. Matthew was very helpful when I asked questions prior to the trip and responded quickly. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. We also appreciated that it was eco-friendly (there was even a compost bin)! The back porch was large and was a wonderful spot for morning coffee. I highly recommend this spot! Would certainly return if I needed a house in the area again. Thank you, Matthew!

Stayed Apr 28, 2023The inside of the house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Very nice neighborhood. Everything in the house was clearly marked. The bluetooth speaker was a nice addition for playing music. Nice deck and deck furniture to sit outside. Our first impression was that I was a little nervous as the outside really needed some tender loving care. I do understand that we are coming out of winter and spring to say the least has not had good weather however your first impression is when you pull up and it looked as though the fall cleanup was never quite completed. Nice place to stay. If in the area again would definitely try and rent again.
