Casita de Paz: Cozy casita w/ private beach access and views in Las Conchas

Beach view was partially obstructed and there was very noisy construction next door - all day, every day.Had we known about the construction we would have chosen another property.

The location was great. Just steps to the beach. I slept great and was able to nap outside. Everyone in the office was very kind and friendly. Thank you!

The name of the house says it all, Casita de Paz. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and we all enjoyed our stay. Great beach house with great beach view and very peaceful area for who wants to relax. The private entrance to the beach is a plus. Stores and restaurants are within 5-minutes away.

Excellent beach condo, just as described. Great location, close to town, clean, easy check in and check out.

We had a truly lovely stay, just what we were looking for— a quiet place by the ocean to recharge and enjoy nature. The casita sits behind a main house but there’s direct access to the beach and ocean views from the porch. The beach is very clean and the birds and dolphins offer a true spectacle. Staff was kind and responsive. The house was clean and the kitchen had what we needed to cook simple meals. Would certainly come back!

This is the 2nd time we stay here and we love it everytime. The home is perfect for a small family in a quiet safe place.

We rented the Casita, and it was a great location by the beach and near the entrance to the community. The Casita was able to accommodate the family and dog, and they maintained the property well while we were there.

Hey, we really loved the property! It was a cute little casita with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was just a short walk to the beach, and our guest house was on the side of the main house. We were right on the front row, and we loved the inner yard with palm trees and some cute landscaping. The whole property has a fence, which was important for us because we had our two dogs with us and we felt safe letting them go outside. There was also a nice outdoor shower. I suggested to the management company that they should upgrade the utensils and cups, and place a few floor mats outside of the house and maybe inside too, so it would be easier to clean up the sand we tracked in from the beach. We loved the property and the management company. Edwin was really helpful. We're planning to come back again soon!

Unfortunately the a/c died and they had their maintenance man there within the hour . We were immediately upgraded to a beachfront property close by as a/c unit needed to be replaced . Mr Chuck and Salma were extremely helpful in this situation. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again !
