Seven older gentlemen using all three (A, B, C) units of this wonderful property for a week of golf - it has a unique large unit with a historic vibe. The B unit is cute and clean, and the C unit is also very functional. We split the group up, and each person loved their setting - and the proximity to so much Charleston fun. I would highly recommend this property. I've rented a lot of VRBOs, and this might be my favorite.

The property is just lovely, well located and well maintained. A beautiful 1800s building nicely updated, the house is essentially divided into three sections, or apartments, which is a nice feature for a multi-generational family trip. There is plenty of room in the main house for gathering. Overall a home run choice for a large family trip.

The house graciously held our entire family of 16, we celebrated my mother's 80th birthday as well as Thanksgiving, the accommodations were excellent, with this many people it was nice to be able to spread out. Beautiful front porch and hardwoods. Very authentic accomodations.

Property was perfect. Nicely appointed with everything we needed and a great location. Management was very responsive prior to arrival and during our stay (though we really didn't need anything to be done). Highly recommend.

We had a great trip. All of the kitchens and bathrooms have been renovated recently with nice appliances and finishes. They managed to keep the great charm of an old structure, but update everything for modern use. We walked to King street daily and its an easy ride-share to anything fun you might want to do, even off the peninsula.

We had a lovely time here. Loved the different sleeping options and all of the spacious common areas. Super quiet and easy walking to everywhere. The porch was our favorite spot.

Excellent property! Plenty of room for all 18 of us! Since it had three kitchens and living rooms everyone had their own space to chill. Fantastic location to all the restaurants and shops. The owners do a fantastic job. Loved the history of this place as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for our family gathering! Booked all three units each unique in their size and layouts and everyone was very satisfied with their rooms. Our favorite place to gather was the front porch of the main house and those sweet rockers were the first to be occupied. Great location, lots of restaurants to walk to. There was a slight mix up upon arrival but once I called Claire with Property Management the situation was quickly resolved. They made it right, made me happy, and definitely highly recommend this property.
