Casa Marimar with private heated pool at Laguna Shores Resort

we enjoyed the home and pool, clean and very safe, its a bit away from Rocky Point but if you know your way around it is very quick to get to other areas in town, my only complaint was trying to contact host through email regarding a billing issue. not once did he return my email , which I sent through the portal, where it noted contact host. I tried twice, no response. The resort is fairly new and you'll need to check tide schedule if you want to enjoy beach. staff very friendly over all , the only miss was communication and not enough kitchen towels for my stay. wash rag and towel was what I received for 4 days, would have preferred at least 2.

Host is very communicative. The house is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Pool and backyard is perfect, outside half bath, bbq, bar top with stools, table with chairs and 2 outside couches. This house was amazing, when vacationing in Laguna Shores we will ALWAYS try to stay here. high wall backyard is perfect for you pets to stay safe.

We stayed at this lovely home with our dogs for 5 days. The house was very clean and the back yard was perfect for our pups. When we arrived, the washer was broken but we contacted Arturo (host) and he sent out someone to fix it straight away. While this home isn't in the heart of Puerto Pensasco, if you're looking for a quiet place with beach access, this is the place for you. Very comfortable home!

Great resort, great home, perfect time!

Overall the stay was amazing, few issues that were a bummer, front door handle was sitting on entertainment center, first trip with my kids to Rocky Pointe and we had to move entertainment center in front of door for safety and go thru back gate to go anywhere, with no garage door opener to at least make it easier (huge bummer), the master bedroom air did not work, master bedrooms hot water did not work and there were no paper towels, garbage bags or toilet paper and the oven does not work. While we enjoyed our mini vacation, this was definitely a disappointment with the amount I spent to stay in this home.

This place was spectacular. Everything you need for a perfect mother's day weekend.

Overall just a lovely, beautiful property. I would defiantly stay at this rental again.
