The house was clean and very well appointed. It was just as the pictures show.

Fantastic stay. Very clean, excellent communication, and location was beautiful. The pool was great and the paddle boat was a bonus. Kids caught a lot of fish and husband and I enjoyed nightly walks through the beautiful neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed and grill was nice for nights we decided to stay in. Beds were very comfortable, the kids said it was the best they’ve ever slept on vacation. I would love to stay at this property in the future.

Our stay was amazing! The location was great for a relaxing vacation in a quiet neighborhood. Close to many area activities. The hosts were very response and very nice. We will definitely be back!

This is such a beautiful property with wonderful amenities to enjoy whether you want to to swim or cruise the canals or just sit and enjoy the views! All perfect!!!! We really enjoyed every minute! Wonderful home! We had a great stay at this beautiful home while in town for a college baseball tournament. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the lake, boat, fire pit, and putting green! The house was clean, the beds were comfy, bathrooms were great, and the house was super spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and wonderful owner. Great experience at the Fiesta Bowl even though our team didn’t win because we had a gorgeous and friendly and comfy place to hang out. Hopefully we’ll be back next year. Also Jets pizza delivery is amazing and the Arrowhead grille is incredible food and impeccable service. Great local spot if you don’t want to go far.

We very much enjoyed this property. Our son lives in Phoenix. As such, we have rented several vrbo houses over the past five years. This property was clean and comfortable. When we asked for instructions to use the pontoon, the owners responded quickly. Very cool place.

House is very nice. It matches the pictures in description. Very clean, nothing broken. Beds are very comfortable. Any problems host took care of the issues. I would definitely rent again. Houses in a very nice neighborhood.

My husband, his friend, myself, and our dog came to Phoenix for a week while they attended king air school. It was perfect to where I could enjoy the pool all day and we would have dinner together at night. Great house and Deborah was very communicative and friendly! Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

One of the most relaxing VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. The house is located on the water at Arrowhead lakes. It is a super comfy home with an awesome layout. The master is big with a luxurious soft memory foam mattress. Double shower and huge closet. The outside options are incredible. a heated pool, firepit and BBQ even has a putting green. My favorite however, was the fantastic electric pontoon boat to cruise or fish from. Deb was so easy to work with and accommodated our every need. We cant wait to return in the future.

We have family in the area so we typically rent a house in the neighborhood to be nearby for the holidays. This house was amazing. Had all the amenities that you could ever ask for plus the beautiful lake setting ..can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful home with an amazing view. We hosted some friends for my daughter’s birthday and we had a beautiful space to do it. Home is clean and pretty inside. The pool is very nice along with others things to do like paddle board, take the boat out, put put golf or just relax by the fire. Host was very easy to connect with and address any questions we had.
