Stayed Jan 3, 2026Communication with the host was slow and ineffective. The house itself was fraudulently advertised… it was dirty, poorly maintained, and not well equipped. I am now waiting for the refund process to be completed. It was a really frustrating and disappointing experience.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025We stayed at Casa bravo for a girls trip. There were six of us all together and this place was amazing! Could easily have accommodated a couple more people without feeling crowded. The property manager Emir was the best! Whenever there was an issue, he responded immediately. Upon checkout, our taxi wasn’t big enough for all of us and our luggage so Emir drove two of us to the airport! We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We had an amazing time in Zihuatanejo staying at this beautiful retreat. Properly management team was very responsive. We had an issue where the owner promised to provide us a partial refund of the entire payment. They said it will be taken care of in couple of days.
