Stayed Nov 7, 2025Excellent stay. The place had everything, was very clean and quiet. Great location. One thing to note is that the downstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom so you have to go up a flight of stairs. The other two bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect getaway for our yearly vacation with our friends. The kids could walk to the beach and around Avila and there were restuarant options for the adults! The outside patios were perfect for our morning coffees and evening drinks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed with a great layout! We will definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: We were here for our son's graduation and could not have asked for a better location, home, and experience. The only down side is there is not alot of closet or drawer space. However we would definitely stay again.

The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. It was a very short walk to downtown.

The places always have great amenities and are very well kept. We love this place in Avila as it is a short walk to the beach and has a great BBQ and deck with a nicepeek of the ocean. Love walking to Kraken Coffee in the AM and hitting Merseas at Port San Luis forsunset. We will be back!!

Stayed Sep 18, 2023Home was spacious, love the layout of one bedroom on each floor. Huge garage. Only tiny complaint would be that if you're having an extended stay, there isn't much room in the kitchen cupboards for food without moving things around. There was some up very high but I couldn't reach without a stool. Totally not an issue though. Location was perfect- close to the beach/boardwalk and shops with the little park close by as well. Highly recommend and we may stay here again next year!
