Carolina's Summer Home. Enjoy Holidays With Your Children And Friends

It is the ground floor of a villa surrounded by the yard and garden, most suitable for family with Children. The upper floors of the villa are Rebecca's summer home with a fantastic view . The properties can be rented seperately or together for families or friends who wish to spend their holidays together but want to have the privacy of their own home. The two homes can accomodate 12 persons.
Carolina's home has three bedrooms ( one with king size bed and two with two single beds each).r>They all have Air- conditioning and private bathrooms with shower.
Spacious living room and dining room with open adjoining fully equipped kitchen with fridge /freezer, stove and oven,microwave ,dish washer, pots ,pans dishes and cutlery for cooking and serving 10 people.
Basement - Playroom
It is a 40 square meters room with private bathroom /shower.It can accomodate 2 chidren or adults sleeping on the two buid in beds and also a couple of friends on matresses or Extra summer beds.
THE AREA
The villa is only 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes walk from a Mini Market where you can find almost everything you need.
The sea side is mostly rocky but the clear blue waters are easily accessible . It is Ideal for diving, snorkelling and fishing.
The nearest sandy beach of Schinias is only 5 minutes drive. It is very suitable for children and adults who cannot swim as the water is crystal clear and shallow.
The beach is protected and rarely has waves of any size. It does not have any currents or tides to endanger children. There are plenty of sun umbrellas and beach beds and chairs to relax and spend the whole day.
There are also numerous typical Greek tavernas in the area which serve very tasty fish and meat dishes.
For those who like sports , there are wonderfull sport facilities like jet skiing, wind surfing beach volley etc. very near.
