Lee, the property manager/ owner, was exceptionally helpful, quick to respond to my numerous questions, and flexible to help meet our scheduling needs. The property was well appointed, especially the kitchen, basically everything one could ask for.

Lee, our host, was very kind and communicative. The neighborhood was peaceful. The house, inside and out, was immaculate with soft sheets and good quality mattresses. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessities. We especially appreciated the variety of coffees, sweeteners, and creamers. We visit our son often, so we will definitely rent the house again!

Perfect in every way

My husband and I had wonderful stay there were a lot of space, house was cleaned, great location with stores to shop. Communication with Mr Lee was excellent, he did a great job as a host we had given him a 5 stars thank you

Everything was fabulous. Lee is a very attentive host. There were no questions with anything. The rental was very clean, well stocked and easy to find. A quite neighborhood and plenty of space. Lee had place a large kennel for our dog (he ended up not going) but the kennel and pad was very clean. Thank you Lee. You answered all my questions and I appreciate this. House was super clean, property owner was quick to touch base, house was well stocked, super close to restaurants and activities. Backyard was perfect for my pups. Bed was very comfortable - quiet neighborhood.

This time of year I wouldn’t have wanted to walk to the stadium. House was nice and clean, hot tub was great to have. Coffee maker wouldn’t work (was new and will be replaced). Owner was super responsive in answering questions. AC worked great which was very important. Everyone had a good time.

I have stayed at this property before the host is wonderful, the property is very well maintained and clean! Host is quick to respond and resolve any issues. We came for a concert again this stay and it is so close to stadium so it works perfect. Lots of food places and shopping close as well. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great week enjoying Spring Training at Camelback Ranch. It only took us ten minutes to get to the stadium. The Westgate Entertainment Center, with a variety of restaurants, was also close by. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay on property in March 2025. The property was super clean and as advertised. You were checking out spring training mostly in Glendale and was super convenient and accessible to all the conveniences needed. Lee was a fantastic host super responsive

Location of this stay is in walking distance to the entertainment district at Westgate. Perfect for State Farm staduim events as well. House was amazing!! Loved the elliptical that was offered in the living room. Will stay again

My wife and I stayed at Lee’s property for the weekend for the Jets v Cardinals football game. This property was perfect for us and our dog. We were only 25min drive to hiking in National Parks, 5min walk to the neighborhood golf course and driving range and only a 10min walk to State Farm Stadium to watch the game. The house was clean and everything worked perfect for us, we had plenty of space to relax and the hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring the Arizona hiking trails. We will definitely book this place again for future trips to AZ, we highly recommend this property if you’re coming to the Glendale area. Jay P.

Was looking for a place for my husband, me and our 2 adult sons for our trip to see the WA Redskins. This property was perfect and only minutes from St Farm Stadium.

House was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy walking distance to the football stadium and entertainment district. Would definitely stay again.

Property is very clean and well stocked with linens, blankets, extra pillows, etc. The only bummer was that it is not walking distance to any stores/groceries or restaurants. We did make the walk to the State Farm Stadium one time, but I would not recommend it. Definitely rent a car to get around.
