The house is located in the urban limits of Sa Pobla, only 11 km from the sea.
The house, of approximately 320 m2, is situated on the ground floor. It has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning and the third bedroom (without air conditioning,only fan) with double bed leads directly to the terrace and swimming pool.
The house also has 2 complete bathrooms with bathtub.
The living room has a large comfortable sofa where you can relax, watch satellite TV (with some channels in English, German and French) or surf the internet (WIFI). In the dining room there is room for six people and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: cooker, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, etc. Of course there is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The terrace and pool area are for private use. The pool, 6,5 x 3,5 meters, is chlorinated, around the pool there are sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the nice Mediterranean climate. On the terrace, next to the pool there is a portable barbecue to enjoy family dinners outdoors.
The house has a private car park totally free of charge.

A cot and a high chair are available.
No pets are allowed in this property.
The house and its facilities are totally private. We will prepare bed linen and bath towels (beach towels are not available).

The holding of events is not allowed in the property.

    Lovely property, clean and comfortable (apart from squeaky bed in back bedroom) and situated a reasonable distance from the main square, the centre of local life, especially on a Saturday night. Let down by neighbourhood which seemed to host a number of noisy, unchecked yapping dogs which made sitting by the pool in the evening less of an attraction. Nothing the owner could do about it but unfortunate none the less. The only useful page in the villa's manual was that which showed when and where the local markets were being held - instructions on which bins to use for recycling, tips for train travel, recommended restaurants, locations of supermarkets etc, would have been helpful. Despite these little niggles we enjoyed ourselves very much - especially the fruit and sugar dusted buns the owner left us ! It's a good location for exploring the east end of the Island and a world away from the hustle of the sea side resorts.

    Our first impression of C'an Gabriel was that it was a fairly ordinary, but nicely presented single-story house in an ordinary Spanish town. But, enter the cool lobby, (after locating the key store, which is a little hard to spot), and you come into a different world. Everything is immaculately clean and spacious. Move through into the lounge and you will spot the sparkling blue water of the courtyard pool inviting you through patio doors. A big well-equipped kitchen is to the right, and off the lobby are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The courtyard, which is totally private, and completely non-overlooked is charming, and, something that worried us a little before we arrived, attracts the sun for most of the day, with plenty of shade in the hottest times. The local supermarket is a short five minute walk away, with very reasonable prices, as are a couple of bars/restaurants, which, as they cater mainly for locals are also very reasonable. For more cosmopolitan tastes the main plaza is a 15 minute stroll away. The only minor snag, which stopped us from giving a clean-sweep 5 star rating was that there are no UK satellite channels available. No problem for many, perhaps, but quite important to us! Fortunately we had a tablet with us so we got our regular fix of UK television! Overall, though, highly recommended for those that prefer to immerse themselves in Spanish life away from the usual tourist haunts in North Majorca.

    Was so impressed with this property, lovely large bedrooms and bathrooms. Immaculately kept with fantastic outside space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating. Would strongly recommend this property, situated central to all attractions and everything is a 15-20min drive.
