Bush clad oasis in the heart of Paihia

We really liked this property, its great having two full bathrooms, lots of nice touches and fully stocked. Easy walk into town/beach. Would highly recommend.

Host was very accommodating. Gave much appreciated tips for an easy stay with the kids and family. House has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen. Great set up. Coastal vibes. Awesome

This was the perfect house. High up so had amazing views, the house was clean and tidy and the 2 bathrooms worked really well for our group. There were 4 bedrooms with comfy beds and plenty of space. It was an easy walk to town and the area is beautiful. The host was amazing as there had been a red weather warning the day we were supposed to arrive. Terrible times for everyone in the area. Advice was not to drive so she kindly let us push our booking back by a day so we still got to enjoy Paihia. We could see all the flooding on the way up the country. On the way back, a lot had subsided thankfully. All in all a great stay!

We loved this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very well equipped and comfortable, quiet with an attractive bush outlook. Only very minor quibble was that there was no shampoo!!! Bathrooms are very new and modern, beds very comfortable. Washer and drier excellent. We would have really liked to stay longer.

Just lovely - comfortable and cosy, had everything we could have wanted, including a great shower, so important! We arrived late at night amid pouring rain and it was easy to find and get in, which was such a relief! Everything was clean and tidy and just really inviting, we totally understood how it has such a high rating - very deserved!

A very well equipped kitchen in a spacious lounge/kitchen/dining room welcomed us to this 4 bed, supercomfy place.It's super well located, just 10mins walk from the pier.The beds are very comfy and although we were staying in the middle of winter, the aircon unit in the living room plus electric radiator made everything nice and warm for our stay. The 2 bathrooms with washing machine and dryer were also very new with great water pressure and no issues with a lack of hot water.We'd try to stay here again if we return in the future!

House is very well maintained and centrally located.

We had an amazing stay in Paihia and found ourselves perfectly situated for everything that we wanted to do. It was just a short walk into town, so everything is practically on your doorstep, and yet you are surrounded by bush and birds! The house is very well set up with all the amenities you could need - and friendly neighbours to boot! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to return, I wish we'd stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, yet spacious family vacation home. All the amenities you could ask for - a well stocked kitchen, large dining table, lots of beds, renovated bathrooms, a big deck, and parking. We had access to the museum, great restaurants, and beaches. Thanks for sharing your comfortable home with us!

Whole family loved our stay in this beautiful home. Was so nice we decided to grab supplies at supermarket and use the bbq on veranda to cook dinner. Short walk to centre of town and ferry. Host was fabulous - had great taste in coffee and vineyard trip recommendations too.
