Beach View on Binnie

We really enjoyed our stay at Binnie. The deck and view were absolutely fabulous, and the house itself is thoughtfully laid out and wonderfully quiet, both inside and in the neighbourhood.The bedrooms are spacious, and we appreciated the practical touches like beach towels, a clothes airer and pegs for items that couldn’t go in the dryer. The supplied shampoo, conditioner, and handy kitchen basics were also a nice bonus.It was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, with a lovely sense of privacy. A special mention too for the friendly neighbour who went out of his way to let us know we’d left the car lights on, much appreciated!Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway with a beautiful outlook. We’d happily stay again.

The home was very comfortable with a generous living and dining space and expansive views. The house was very clean.The kitchen was well equiped and the fridge was state of the art.The host’s communication was very clear and accurate.Dave helped us with our bags up to the car park at the carport on street level.We will return- definitely!

Great property - amazing view and as described. Very comfortable and close proximity to Paihia. Dave was great to deal with and made check in easy - very responsive to any queries.

This is a lovely, very well appointed property high on the hill. Very comfortable and peaceful, with heaps of natural light, and windows to enjoy the great vistas. Comfortable bed. I'm assuming the other beds are as well.Great ensuite, with the best shower! The kitchen has everything thing that you'd need. There are two parking bays at the top of the property, with a staircase going down to the entry. The living area and kitchen are on the entry level, with the 3 bedrooms down another level. There's a powder room on the living/kitchen level, which is very handy.We walked down to the town centre/wharf which took about 20 minutes and a little bit longer back up the hill. It's not an issue if you are reasonably fit. And it helps to burn off all the lovely food and wine! Or, it's just a 5 minute drive, tops.Dave, the host, was very responsive to our questions.Check-in and check-out very easy.Take an eye mask as the blinds are not block out ones.Definitely a standout property and highly recommend.

House was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen including salt and pepper, oil, green and peppermint tea which you don't often find. View from the multiple decks were amazing and the location was only 5 minutes from our meeting venue. Overall was a great place to stay.

Our stay in Paihia was incredible! The house was beautifully located with breathtaking views, everything was brand new, and the space was both comfortable and inviting. A perfect getaway spot!
