We enjoyed this property for a second year in a row! The property is very clean and had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay, including toys for our children to play! The location is great if you’re enjoying Raystown Lake. The hosts have made several updates on the property which add to the historic charm of this home. We can’t wait to book again!

We were in town for the weekend and chose this property because of its close proximity to the wedding venue. We were just looking for a close place to sleep, however we were EXTREMELY pleased to find this home was so much more! Tammy was extremely responsive and made our check in so easy. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable! We really did feel like we were home! We look forward to visiting again! Thank you Tammy for wonderful stay!

This very clean, well appointed house was perfect for our girl’s week get together. Tammy is a fantastic host who is easy to contact and who gets back to you right away. The house has everything you need to have a great time in this beautiful little town, and is just a short trip away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Altoona. The Bryan House was a perfect location for our family trip. The home was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed, including linens and towels. The location is very close to the road but otherwise it’s nestled along a quiet spring which our kids loved exploring. The location is also very close to Raystown Resort where we kept our boat for the weekend and Shy Beaver boat launch making it very convenient. We will definitely consider a return trip.

Great home located close to everything we wanted to do at Raystown. This was perhaps the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed with so many little extras thrown in. Coffee, toiletries in case you forget something, laundry detergent and dryer sheets and so much more. There really was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. The traffic noise was a little downside for us but at the same time we appreciated not being out in the woods with no one else around. Vrbo was not a good experience for us. We couldn’t open messages from the house owner through them. We ended up calling Vrbo and they got us in touch with her directly but that was extra time and hassle. It all ended wonderfully and the owner was so pleasant to communicate with but I’ll never book through Vrbo again.
