Wonderful visit

This is an excellent stay for multiple families, especially for a group of fishermen. Plenty of parking, interior space and great location.

We enjoyed our stay.The location was great and the general appearance of the property was neat and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean just like the other one we rented from this owner. The location was great and we had plenty of room for four men with the four bedrooms. All was pretty much perfect. The only thing that'd make it better might be upgrades to mattresses and towels. But that's pretty minor. We would definitely stay there again.

Location is great and scenic. Unit was clean and a great space for our girls getaway. Ample parking. Check in and check out procedures were clear. Beds and furniture were comfy. Did not utilize outdoor grill or firepit but nice to have the option. Towels are thin and used. No window treatments in living room area so no privacy in the evening/overnight.

This was a perfect home for our girls weekend.

Did not like that thermostat was set very low when arrived and would only go to 72. We were cold our entire stay.

Very clean and maintained home. The only thing I really did not like was the flooring was all tile and in the cooler months because of no basement it is very cold floor. Host was also very nice and accommodating.

We had a great time enjoying quiet time together with cousins …we enjoyed every minute together…thank you for sharing this home with us..

This is a nice property, they were just some cleanliness concerns with the towels which smelled musty as if they had sat in a washer for a long time. Also, the floors were extremely dirty—- the bottoms of our feet turned black. There were not any extra garbage bags so we did not take the garbage down the street to the dumpster as requested.

Great location, within walking distance to Patti’s Settlement, but enough off the beaten path to feel secluded and private. We saw lots of deer. The home has a nice open living plan and well appointed with what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, family friendly and located close to everything. We docked our boat in a slip at Green turtle Bay. Grandkids loved wildlife.

The property was very clean and in an awesome location. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We cooked every meal at the house and even grilled out. The wifi worked very well. The communications with our host was very good. We had a party of 15 and needed more towels and he made it happen very quickly. The hot water worked amazingly, 15 people cycling thru showers and the water never got cold and the pressure was great. We had an abundance of parking we had 4 suvs and a trailer. The only negative things I will say is that with a party of 15 the seating wasn't really enough. They had a sectional and a couple chairs in the main living area. They had a large round dining table that comfortably sat 7 at the most and 4 bar stools. We did have children with us so we covered the coffe table and sat a few kids there. Also, it says it will sleep 16, if you have all adults the sleeping arrangements would not work. The futons worked for the kids but our adults could not sleep there. The beds in the master bedroom and 1 of the queen rooms were amazing, but other mattresses need to be updated, they were very hard on even our younger adults backs. 1 more thing and it was totally are fault fir not looking at the outside, we brought badminton and a few outdoor games and there really wasn't anywhere flat to play with these without hitting the vehicles. We also thought there could have been a better place for the fire pit, to close to cars. I definitely would recommend.

Great accommodations for our weekend with family & friends! Home is very nice and host was very responsive.

After 10 years away from Lake Barkley our family came back for July 4th. We have a boat which sleeps a few but needed more beds. Todd was wonderful to work with adjusting things up to check in. We let him know of a couple of minor things which did not affect the stay but just happen when a house is rented often. The house was the perfect place to meet after days on the water! We would definitely rent from Todd again!

This is our second time staying. We stayed in the 5 bedroom down the street from this location. We loved the privacy and how easy it was to move our boats around. The only issue we had was trying to get the NBA games to show without having to login to our own accounts. We plan on staying here as much as possible going forward.

House is close to town easy to walk in a quiet neighborhood. It has comfortable beds and everything is working as it should and it has lots of household items so made it an easy comfortable weekend for 2 families.

Rented this place for a gathering with friends and it met every need. Would book again!

Clean, spacious and excellent location!

We were in town for the LBL Trail Race. This was a perfect fit for all of our crew. It was very clean, well stocked and a great location. We plan to be back next year!!

My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.

We had a relaxing weekend with our friends and Todd was an excellent host!

Everything we needed was there. Everything was super clean and neat. Communication with the owner was great too! Loved that it was within walking distance of the lights, restaurants, lake, shows, etc. Loved being able to watch so many deer outside and so close.

Our goal for the trip was to get away for a few days to relax as a family & enjoy the Festival of Lights, this was our first time to GrandRivers & our first time using Vrbo - it did not disappoint!! The property was exactly how it was described/pictured on the site & the check in/check out was a breeze. The property was VERY clean & had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time!!!!

Love this place and will stay again. It is our second time of staying here.

Nice relaxing 3 days

We had a wonderful time in Grand Rivers! Location was wonderful and the house was roomy and very clean! Nice hot water for showers. Hopefully will return at some time!

Excellent home for our large group of kids and adults. Plenty.of bathrooms and beds. Great front porch. Grill and fire pit as well.

Very nice house, centrally located with plenty of room for 10 adults to stay. It is comfortable and quiet with a nice front porch area. We enjoyed great dinners at Patti's, the Oasis Southwest Grill and The Pond. Played some nice golf courses in the area and enjoyed the scenery.

House is located near Patty's settlement in a very peaceful quiet place just minutes from Grand Rivers. House is very well maintained and beautiful inside and out. Very spacious plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for large group. Had a great time and we'll rent from them again
