Stayed Aug 28, 2025Very nice property with great views of the peaks to the west. Cottonwood Creek flows right by the large deck on the backside of the house. The house was clean and had all the amenities.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Overall it was a very nice stay. The house was laid out well and clean. I enjoyed the deck and the running river behind the cabin. The view was beautiful on the north side. The location of the house was a bit hard to find and I did not get instructions to get into the house in a timely manner. However, the stay was nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a fantastic stay at the Brock Haus. Roomy, comfortable, clean, modern amenities with a beautiful deck to relax on and enjoy the Colorado views. The house is more or less in between Buena Vista and the mountains. In one direction you have convenient access to magnificent hikes and in the other direction you can ride into town for some grocery shopping or a bite to eat. Renee the property manager is attentive and professional. Loved the whole experience.

Stayed Jul 17, 2017Our stay at the Brock Haus was wonderful. It's a beautiful home overlooking Cottonwood creek. While nestled in with other homes along the creek, it felt secluded and private, yet close enough to Buena Vista for a quick run to town to get supplies or go shopping. The house is well maintained and clean. The large dining room table was a great place for family games, and eating, of course! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house immensely.
