Bring your boats, jetskis, and LARGE family - so much space inside and out

The property was perfect for our family. Its spacious and the familyroom is amazing.

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Overall good setup. Easy walk to local bars.

The large open gathering space and the 5 bedrooms...all with bathrooms were really convenient for a 3 day multi family stay for our moms funeral service.

Very large area for family or a bunch of friends. Enjoyed home

Our family group of nine had a lovely stay at the Haven. Rhonda is a very responsive host and the property had something for everyone. Easy walk to beach and town, stay and play or simply relax. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a weekend family event. The common area was nice and bedrooms okay but we were disappointed by the condition - doors in disrepair, spills on tables, crumbs on floor, lint and hair in showers. Need non slip surface in showers. Door to closet in middle room off track with handles that fell off. Coffee pot was dirty and many dishes in the cupboard were not clean. Carpenter Bees swarming under back porch roof. Couldn’t find ac control. Bed mattresses poor. If supposed to sleep 12 people, there should be 12 coffee cups, spoons, etc. 

Had a wonderful time in this amazing home. We will be staying here again!

Very spacious property. Huge open area family room with an updated kitchen was ideal for socializing. The pool table was a bonus. Having 5 bedrooms, although cottage like, each had their own bathroom which offered convenience and privacy. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach was terrific. We would book a return stay.

We recently held a family reunion for four couples at the four seasons house. We wanted it all on one level with dedicated bathrooms a plus. We got it all at this site. The large open area is perfect for socializing and activities/cooking and much more comfortable than the pictures show. All my family members enjoyed the time there. Will definitely consider future stays.

We were looking for something with four bedrooms with separate bathrooms and this place was perfect. We had family from three different states, so the open concept was was very good for us. Easy walk to downtown and the beaches, we even walked to Verona Beach State Park one day. This worked for our family!

Really nice spot. Nice neighborhood. Loved going for bike rides. Spacious. Roomy. Has everything you could want.

We had a good time. The grandkids kept busy most of the time. We took advantage of the nearness of the beach for swimming with the kids - for hours! Fortunately it was not the sweltering heat we had been having as there is no air conditioning except in one bedroom. Fans in some of the rooms but fear it may be hot if weather were different. One ceiling fan didnot work. This was our second year and we were not disappointed.

We came to Sylvan Beach for a family reunion. 8 of us stayed at this converted church. It quickly became the gathering point for the larger family group. Great open kitchen for prep and serving. Plenty of room to indoor or outdoor dining. Ample parking. The hosts were very responsive to the minor needs we had during our stay. We'd stay again!

Great location to Sylvan Beach, restaurants and stores. All a very short walk away. The house is perfect - big kitchen, pool table, games. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Very quiet street. Perfect!

Had an absolute blast with my family and friends, close walk to everything! Large property was very clean!

The Haven is set up perfectly for our group, with a large, comfortable common area and a fantastic kitchen. It's a very short walk to the beach and everything else the Sylvan Beach main street has to offer. We literally never drive anywhere once we've arrived. Rhonda has consistently been an excellent host who addresses any questions very quickly. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Great place to stay in a great area with a ton to do in walking distance. They have it set up with towel and garbage bags dishes pans towels , all the little things you sometimes overlook when packing they had for you . Host was very responsive and was a great spot to reconnect with people. The pool table and sectional couches with TVs and massive kitchen were great .

5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms...check Walkable to town..... check But.... the lighting was terrible, most of the TVs didn't work, one old a/c unit in the house , the worst mattress ever, and I mean ever... and I wish the owner would have checked in to see how everything was going. The house needs some love.

We have booked this property twice now for an annual summer volleyball tournament at Sylvan Beach. It is a lovely place to stay with plenty of open space for our group of friends, an outdoor grill and spacious kitchen that make meal preparation easy, and a bathroom with a shower in each bedroom, all within walking distance from the beach! Rhonda is very responsive and easy to work with. We appreciate everything and plan to be back next year!

Perfect spot, very open house. Lots of parking and close to everything youll need. Would recommend for large families

We weren’t able to enjoy Sylvan Beach because our schedule in Syracuse was so full, but we enjoyed being able to stay together under one roof!! One of the best amenities about the property was having enough bathrooms and the beautiful wood interior of the great room!
