Stayed May 31, 2026Loved being able to see the ocean and watch sunsets!! Lots of room to spread out! Great having a grill to cook on. We walked everywhere, which was a wonderful benefit.

Stayed May 13, 2026The only drawback was the side window were dirty. The bathroom upstairs had the shower and toilet in the same room if someone wanted to take a shower it wasn't convenient for someone to walk all the ways downstairs to the one in the hall. 6 women upstairs there was 6 women upstairs and only one sink. another sink is needed.There is no restroom in the basement the ones in the basement had to come all the way upstairs to use the facilties.We didnt use the fireplace. The deadbolt on the front door was hard to twist to the locking position. the kitchen was more than adequate more than we would ever use. the scenery from the front window was beautiful.

The views are amazing and the promenade path in front of the house along the water is wonderful. The owner was so responsive and had all of the details outlined clearly. We only wish we had more time there.

Spectacular- beds were so comfortable with great linens and bathrooms stocked perfectly- mikes instructed were clear and easy to follow. Everyone loved it and we had a great time.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025This was a great property for so many reasons.1. Owner gave great communication2. BIG kitchen that was stocked with everything all we needed was to fill the fridge with food.3. Furniture was very comfortable and had plenty of room for 8 adults.4. Prime location.5. Even though it is a duplex we NEVER heard the neighbors. Very quiet6. Beds were comfortable.7. We liked having duel fireplaces.8. Great Ocean Front Views.9. As advertised, NO Surprises just a great property When we go back to Seaside this is a property we would DEFINITELY stay again 100%.
