Our house is located in a private, gated community containing ten home sites with individual boat slips and a private, in-ground, lighted salt water pool and spa. All bedrooms have either oceanfront or soundfront views. The house has a front porch with an over-sized swing and large expansive decks on the back of the house. Stayed Jun 14, 2025I can’t say enough good about this place and the owner. She is wonderful with communication and makes sure everything is wonderful. The house is impeccable and offers everything you could think of for a large family. It’s our favorite week of the year-we love being able to bring the boat, enjoy the pool, and it’s the PERFECT location.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025This is a beautiful home that is spacious and inviting. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked with beach toys, towels, etc. The close proximity to the ocean and canal made for some amazing views in almost all directions. Karen, the owner, was wonderful to work with and responded to any questions we had almost immediately. Overall, an exceptional vacation spot.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We have a family vaction in the area every year and this has been one of the nicest houses! Super clean and the host was always in contact for anything we needed. Each room has either an ocean or sound view and the pool has a shelf for the kids to play on without mom stressing! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in sunset beach!
