It is so spacious, and the location is perfect. We love being on Fall River, and the hot tub was a great addition.

The host was responsive and accommodating. Charming modern log cabin with great fireplace. My only complaint is that WiFi is nearly non-existent (5 mbps).

The home is beautiful but needs a little TLC and updates on linens. Needs a good deep cleaning. We enjoyed are time but had to leave early.

My family stayed Oct 1st -Oct 5th. We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view, we had a bear visit twice, many turkeys and Elk. We would definitely stay again, the host was always available if I had questions. The hot tub was a huge hit also.

The location is incredible but the house is lacking. It was not cleaned very well at all before we arrived. (Dirty dishes that we had to scrub before using, stuff on the walls, mold in the shower, etc.)

Overall it was good. It was a great location, the hot tub was amazing, and the house had plenty of room. Here are some suggestions for improvements: better equipped kitchen with more mixing bowls, glasses, pot holders, and plastic ware for small children. Need soap dispensers in all bathrooms and refill or remove the ones in bathtub areas that do not work.

Check in, finding it, all that was easy peasy!! Everything was nice & clean. Being next to the river was absolutely perfect & very relaxing!! The only complaint we had was the beds aren’t the most comfortable & we were so glad we took our own pillows!

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable home. The property was easy to access. The yard including area by picnic table was overgrown. Along with the house we also enjoyed the hot tub and river on the property. The view of the mountains was spectacular.

The location was amazing. The deck with the hot tub right on the river was wonderful and we had Elk come right up. Overall it could use some updates (towels, bathroom areas, etc) but that doesn’t count against being 5 star for the price and location.

Cabin is spacious and ideally located for access to RMNP and Estes Park. Surface cleaning was excellent but cabin needs a deep clean of rafters, light fixtures and windows. Hot tub was not clean when we arrived and is need of repair( ie new filter ). Property manager was very responsive and sent someone out to clean filter and replace water. Safety issue: rotten Planks on front deck were a trip hazard and handrail over soapdish coming out of wall. In .master bath.tv instructions would have been appreciated. And for the love ofwine, some decent glasses would have been appreciated. We had a great time!! Overall shabby for the price!!!

Nice property, big enough for everyone to have a bed. Fixtures a bit dated, but it does have a nice hot tub. Must have a small water heater, because only half of us could take a warm shower after rafting or using the hot tub.

We stayed at this property a few years ago and loved the charm of the cabin, great atmosphere and sound of the river. All those things are still a part of the experience of staying here. Our only negative comment is that the property is in need of some maintenance and updating. We still would return here; it’s a great cabin!

This was a beautiful and very functional house. Hot tub and grill were great to have. Right on the river. My only complaint is that the pictures do not do it justice. Someone needs to fully capture the beauty of this house with better pictures on the website.

Great location, very pretty house with good bones, but the property is in need of maintenance, and the property manager was unavailable when we needed them.
