Stayed Aug 29, 2025House was great. Elevator for great grandma was key! Management was awesome. Had one quick AC maintenance issue that was completely handled in less than an hour on a busy holiday weekend. Cinnamon Shore is phenomenal for grand parents and kids. Golf carts to everything. Beach is clean and safe. Pools are well run with great staff. Good food, fun activities, hard to beat Cinnamon Shores for a fun family trip.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Here’s what we loved about the house. Wonderful family gathering space! Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Best bunk room ever (for our 5 grandchildren, 5-10 years). I loved. Ring on the great lawn, kids loved it too. On arrival there were dead batteries in some tv remotes and some light bulbs not working. Maintenance took care right away. Some of the lighting was a little too harsh. It would be great to put dimmable bulbs where available, or it would be nice to have 3 ways in bedroom lamps. These were minor concerns. We truly loved this house!

Reviewer Comments: ground floor king with bath and 1/2 bath , laundry, porch and small living area2nd floor kitchen 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths , living area. dining table ( seats 12). porch with tables and a grill stairs on outside to porch , laundry 3rd floor 1 king and bunk room 3 full bath and laundry, porch access elevator to all floors. house is on great lawnhouse was in good shape with 2 dishwashers , 1 refrigerator

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 5 homes at Cinnamon Shore and Salt and Light was the best. We had 14 people w Ho all slept comfortably. The main living space w as a bit small for so many but we made it work. The bed and sitting room downstairs was wonderful. Having two refrigerators and two dishwashers made everything so easy. The main refrigerator needs to b e re placed as it is running warm. Great time there!

Reviewer Comments: Our favorite vacation rental in CS North.We have our annual family vacation in CS Port Aransas every year for the last 12 years. Finally bought a lot in CS South and building now.Love the layout and ample room to sleep 16.Washers and dryers on every floorGreat ice maker Elevator is a plus.Only negative was TV in bunk room needs to be replaced. Maintenance unable to fix.Water leak sensor tripped and we were without water for a couple of hours until maintenance arrived upon arrival.

There are multiple large bedrooms, the kitchen is very well equipped and has two dishwashers and large refrigerator. It's nice to be across the street from the Dune Pool and easy walking distance to Kiera's pool and the beach. We had a wonderful vacation!
