Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The second floor is anchored by a huge, open living area with whitewashed walls extending up to the custom-designed, vaulted ceiling. The massive, chef-worthy kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances, a gorgeous, tile backsplash, and an under-counter wine fridge. Between the five barstools at the kitchen island, the breakfast table, and a large dining table, you can seat up to 16. The beautifully decorated family room offers comfortable seating, including a large sectional, with a queen pullout mattress, and plush armchairs. Watch the big game or favorite shows on the 55-inch LED TV. A hallway powder bath services the open-concept space.

This main living area accesses two, covered patios overlooking the Great Lawn and Dune Pool. Use the outdoor grill for a good steak of the day’s catch, while relaxing in the shade with a cold drink.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor features three charming bedrooms and baths. The first offers a queen bed and a private, en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second offers a king bed with a private bath and walk-in shower. The whimsical bunk room, with two sets of built-in bunk beds (4 twins) and a bath with a walk-in shower, finishes the first floor.

The romantic primary suite includes a beautiful king bed, vaulted ceiling, and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. On the second floor, another bunk room with two sets of navy blue, built-in bunks (4 twins) and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, accommodates more guests.

GREAT FEATURES: The third-floor kids’ retreat offers a private escape to a home theater featuring a 60-inch HD plasma TV, Sony PlayStation 3, a high-end, surround-sound system, and plenty of seating. The kids will love the fun, spiral staircase, while Mom and Dad are secure in knowing there’s a baby gate added for extra protection. On the ground floor, the utility room offers two, huge, front-load washers and two dryers, and it also offers side entry access to a private, outdoor shower and carport. A Shore Thing is a non-pet-friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering A Shore Thing the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy, it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

The green space in front of the house makes this one of the best houses in the neighborhood. Our kids LOVE playing pick up baseball games or football every day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second time we have stayed at this property...perfect size for a family with 6 adults and 6 kids. Beautiful home in a fantastic location on the Great Lawn. There were a few significant issues this year that need to be addressed asap..one burner on the gas stove was inoperable..the elevator was also inoperable - a real inconvenience given the main living area and kitchen is on the second floor making transfer of groceries and luggage a problem. There were a few other minor issues that need taking care and we communicated them all to CS management upon our departure. If all of these issues are remedied then I would absolutely highly recommend this property. Access to the Great Lawn, the pool and close proximity to the markets and dining as well as to the beach make this home and excellent place to stay. However I would only recommend to a freind if the repair mentioned were completed. I want to compliment the staff that prepares the property prior to arrival as everything was well cleaned and ready for us at check in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in The Shore Thing house! It’s in a prime location that has 2 balconies overlooking onto the Great Lawn. After returning from morning walks on the beach, we stayed cool rocking on the expansive front porch with picturesque landscaping all around. You can easily walk to the social circle for food, live music and other events, too.The entire floor plan is great for a large group of family and friends. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathrooms had plenty of space for everyone. The 3rd floor loft is accessed by a spiral staircase. There were baby gates available, too. The kitchen was well-maintained and was easy to use. The grill on the balcony is very convenient as well. The house was clean and beautifully decorated while giving a relaxed, cozy feeling.Kelly and the entire Cinnamon Shore staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific vacation. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our next trip to Cinnamon Shore.

It was great to have our extended family in one house to enjoy vacation. My only suggestion is that beach/pool towels should be provided. Otherwise the house was well stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property provided an excellent location on the Great Lawn, first class accommodations throughout the home. Make sure you do a complete walk through and report any damages within the first hour of your check-in. We discovered 2nd floor deck doors closures had previous damage. Highly recommend this property , we had 12 family members - 6 adults and 6 kids (all under the age of 11) and everyone was very comfortable. We parked 3 vehicles in the space provided and had plenty of room for our beach buggy to be parked behind our vehicles. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and all the pools/fitness center are within 3-5 minutes away. The management was very helpful when needed (smoke alarm batteries needed replacement in the master bedroom). I've already recommended this property to friends for their future vacation consideration.

    Being on the great lawn was perfect for the kids and playing with other families kids. The front porch gave the adults a great view and ability to keep an eye on the kids. We walked to the pool and to the movie. Bunk beds were awesome for the cousins. Open kitchen with large dining and TV area was great for family meals at night and playing games or watching TV.

Not having to load up everyone and everything for the beach into a car every time we wanted to go to the beach was key in deciding to stay at Cinnamon Shores.
