Brand-new resort home with heated pool, golf, beach access, balconies, W/D, AC

Great place…close to the new pool with swim up bar and bridge to the beach.

The house was super cute but the smell is horrible and lingering. Upon checking in we didn’t notice the smell but after leaving the home on Sunday morning we soon realized it was following us home. Our suitcases, clothing, makeup brushes, tooth brushes, and even leather handbags absolutely reek. Words cannot begin to describe this rotten cigarette stench that has invaded my vehicle and every item that made this trip. I’m absolutely astonished by the smell and it took a lengthy discussion with our group to finally figure out where it came from. I’d love to say we want to come back because we had an incredible time but I’m afraid I need to toss all of my belongings into the nearest trash can.

The house was beautiful and well maintained! Loved the location - close to the beach and quiet.

This was a really nice house and the community in general is wonderful. The home is close to the beach access road which is a huge plus. The boardwalks can be challenging with golf carts so being able to use the road is super easy. The home is comfortable and well appointed. We had 6 teens and 2 adults and we had plenty of room. The one negative, and it’s temporary, is there is a ton of construction going on all around the house. This home may be the only completed home in the area. The work trucks make it very hard to get cars in and out of the drive and down the street. And work starts before 8 every morning so sleeping in is not possible. But this will improve over time and eventually not be an issue.

We had our annual girl's trip here and it was the first time any of us had been! It was PERFECTION! The communication with guest services was super easy - we saw them for check in/check out and that was all we needed because they and the hosts thought of everything! We did see a few mosquitos outside when we go there, but we let them know, and they had pest control out immediately the next day. Pest Control told us that this was the worst the whole area had seen in 10 years - so definitely not specific to this space. Once they sprayed we barely saw another one! I'd suggest renting a golf cart/beach chairs/pool cabanas to really uplevel your trip :) We got to the beach super easily (they provided a cooler!), had a cabana at the pool each day, and there were so many restaurants and places to eat/drink on the resort that we actually only left the last day so that we could see more of the island! The house itself is adorable. All of the rooms had their own bathroom and then there was also an extra powder room. The space felt so bright and airy and clean. We were able to cook breakfast in the mornings and then spent most of the days at the beach/pool! (Pro tip: order an extra pizza at the pool and bring it home to eat for a late night snack!) We each had our own tv's and private space if we needed it, but there was also plenty of room to hang out together in the living spaces and outdoor spaces. Loved the upstairs balcony, too! It was the perfect location for our group, but would also be an amazing location for kids. We already planned at least two more trips back with families while we were there - and we'll definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the perfect vacation spot!

Great place for a family during a beach vacation…I’d definitely go back!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of beach toys in the garage. Just a couple minutes from the beach. Also very close to the restaurant and pool since it's part of a resort. Rented a golf cart for a day which was really fun and convenient for getting around. There was some construction at some of the neighboring houses but it was never too loud. Would definitely come back here again!

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly at Mermaid’s Tail! The house was gorgeous, clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable which is huge for us. We didn’t have to think about all the little things ( i.e. dish soap, trash bags, kitchen items etc.) which was so nice. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed every second! Its in a great location, very close to the beach, the pool and for some coffee. The house was clean and cozy. We had breakfast in the porch, relaxed on the lounge chairs and enjoyed the view and the vibes. Highly recommend to book your next getaway!

A very comfortable and luxurious home that was well stocked with things we needed and used. We would gladly stay again!
